Beautiful venue in the heart of an equally beautiful village. We had a really good time. A large variety of typical local dishes. The staff in the room were really kind and friendly. Excellent quality/price ratio. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Fast and friendly service. The pico with garlic and the gnudi with butter and sage are excellent. Very good food and price ratio. I recommend this bruschetteria tavern for visitors who take a walk in the village of San Gusmé.

We went there specifically to eat a Florentine steak, with great expectations and I would say that it was fully satisfied. Super meat, friendly and approachable staff. Extensive wine list. If you come by, at the end of dinner you can taste their desserts, it's worth it

The historic place of San Gusme' has changed management but the ability, courtesy and quality of the materials are no different, a must when visiting the ancient medieval village.

Birthday yesterday, ate very well. The bruschetta, pasta and braciata are excellent! Good value for money. Well done! We'll be back.

Bonito lugar en una gran ubicación en el „borgo“. Tuvimos un almuerzo espontáneo y nos recibieron muy amable. La comida es sencilla no - tonterías tan buenas como se puede esperar en un lugar así. El personal es muy agradable, amable y servicial. Disfrutamos del ambiente!

22/09/2024: On est tombé dessus par hasard lors d’une randonnée, on a hésité à y aller car on n’était pas habillé très chic pour un tel restaurant, mais on n’a pas regretté. C’est vraiment excellent, le service est simple et sympa et on peut trouver des plats à des prix raisonnables.
30/06/2024: Ambiente elegante, personale gentilissimo e professionale, buona la cucina, piatti presentati molto bene, sì sentono i sapori e il prodotto usato sembra di ottima qualità. Forse , per mio gusto un po’ troppo carichi …il pecorino sovrasta un po’ nel l’insieme… Ok la la carta dei vini ed i prezzi adeguati a ciò che viene offerto. Peccato non si disponga di tavoli all’ aperto

16/01/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and really enjoyed it. The menu offers traditional dishes with a touch of care and passion which is reflected in the flavours. We tried the Chianti risotto, exquisite and delicate, the tagliatelle with roe deer ragù, a very pleasant surprise with a tasty but never excessively gamey taste, and the pici cacio e pepe, characterized by a strong flavor where the pepper was truly the star of the dish . The waiting times were a little long, probably due to the few staff present, but it was worth it. Only one lady took care of the room service, but she did it with great kindness, professionalism and attention, without neglecting any detail or table. The environment is welcoming and intimate, even if a little cool - a small flaw that is still bearable. Overall, a great dinner in a pleasant and authentic atmosphere. Also more than correct quality-price ratio. Absolutely recommended!
15/01/2025: Habíamos estado caminando por la zona y nos sentimos tan afortunados que nos topamos con este restaurante en Poggibonsi. La comida era increíble. Gran cocina casera, comida con ingredientes locales frescos. Disfrutamos mucho de la tagliatelle con hongos, el plato especial de pasta pici del día, verduras a la parrilla, la chuleta de ternera, y el hígado de ternera. Todos los platos eran impresionantes. Y, el pan estaba genial. Lo remató con una fabulosa botella de vino local. El servicio fue muy profesional y el personal fue muy atento y amable. Volveríamos a Poggibonsi solo para comer allí!
