We tried the Cicchetti, it was delicious. It's a local neighborhood right by the canal, the view was beautiful.

Great service, good food and great atmosphere. Found myself in Osteria Ai Pugni by accident on my first visit to Venice and since then it has been a place for a regular drop by when in Venice.

A rather trendy wine bar near Piazza Barnaba. Crowds gather along the canal when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, this somewhat diminishes the friendliness of the service… However, the quality of the wine is very good, and the atmosphere is lovely. We always enjoyed coming here.

I've passed by thousands of times, stopped on the eponymous "Fists" bridge, admired the splendid façade of the Church of San Barnaba, and admired the floating market on the boats, but I've never stopped at this osteria-bacaro. Young staff, good cicchetti, and wine.

08/07/2026: A very good pizzeria. The food is delicious; you can tell the quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. The pizzas are very flavorful, well-prepared, and the portions are generous. Definitely a place I highly recommend and will definitely return to.
08/07/2026: The cheese pizza was incredible; if you like cheese, it's fantastic, don't miss it. The capricciosa was nothing special. The Aperol was a bit weak. I'd go back just for the cheese pizza.

Osteria Da Murer

07/05/2026: Excellent osteria in San Donà di Piave. It's a small osteria on the banks of the Piave River. The cuisine is traditional and authentic. The service is prompt and friendly.
03/05/2026: We went to Osteria Coccola by chance and were satisfied... good meat (specialized)
