If you want to eat like a god in Mestre, there's no other option. Mariano's. Excellent quality. Dishes are always seasonal; don't miss the wild boar ravioli or the legendary risotto di gó. The most flavorful cured meats, the freshest fried fish, or baked fish with potatoes. Here, Veneto doesn't speak, it sings!!!! 😍

I returned to Mariano's after more than a year, and I have to say...I need to come more often! The dishes offered are traditional Venetian dishes, with top-notch quality. The appetizers of the day and the risotto di gò are fabulous...a must-try! The atmosphere and ambiance at Mariano's are authentic, and the staff is unsurpassed in both kindness and speed of service. Special mention goes to a truly exceptional waitress who adds that extra touch to everything, which was already excellent! Super, I'll be back very soon!

We decided to come for lunch here on the recommendation of the AutoPiave dealer and had a really great time. Excellent service, very good food, fair prices. A pleasant surprise overall. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was delicious: the creamed cod was superb, the Perla polenta one evening, the sardines were excellent, the catch of the day was superb, and an honorable mention for the steamed vegetables that accompanied it: crunchy, tasty, and varied. A perfect place to spend an hour in good company, paired with excellent wines.

Don't expect unusual combinations, daring experiments, or modern reinterpretations. Mariano, without being outdated, is a place where you can rediscover ancient but ever-present certainties. I come here for a fantastic gorgonzola risotto. Gorgonzola, once a poor lagoon fish, discarded by fishermen for its numerous bones and muddy aftertaste, is now hard to find. Today, it fetches impossible prices at the Rialto market. The unique and delicious risotto with its meat is now impossible to find on tables in the lagoon or mainland. For this alone, Mariano deserves 5 stars. But there are many other options in the tradition of typical Venetian cuisine. Special mention also for its social commitment and inclusion. Well done!
