Divine traditional restaurant. We were passing through Traversetolo and stopped for lunch. The black truffle risotto was excellent, but I highly recommend the tagliatelle with truffle. They make their own pasta, and in my opinion, it's a must. The beef tartare is excellent, their parmesan is excellent, and the zuppa inglese is also perfectly made. I'll definitely be back, it's a threat to my diet. Republished review because it was censored by Google Maps for some reason, I don't know... Google Maps keeps blocking it, and I keep reposting!

First time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm, the music pleasant and soft, and the service was kind, attentive, and professional. The dishes surprised us. You can choose from traditional dishes, but also—for us, an added bonus—variations that follow seasonality. The poached egg on parmesan fondue and asparagus was very good and perfectly balanced...I'd almost suggest serving it with a spoon to capture all the creaminess of the yolk and fondue in one bite. Amazing. The casonsei with pumpkin and amaretti biscuits was very good. The tagliatelle with hare ragù was, to our taste, a little salty due to too much salty ricotta. A special mention for the freshly made pasta. Everything was excellent. We'll definitely be back; we've been told the Thursday menu features fish, and the quality of the cuisine is tempting.

Prompt, courteous service with excellent wait times. I consider 90 minutes for two courses plus dessert to be perfect. The black truffle risotto was excellent. The only negative was the wine. We opted for the red wine by the glass, which was significantly inferior to the quality of the dishes. A poor choice. However, overall, very satisfying. No post-meal digestive issues. The price was also reasonable. €40 per person for two courses plus dessert, coffee, and digestives, was well spent.

What can I say, everything was perfect. I went for lunch today with my husband. They welcomed us not as customers, but as if we were family. The holiday menu was exceptional, from appetizers to dessert, everything was perfect and delicious. The warm, festively decorated atmosphere was truly magical. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommended for any occasion.
