A very bland meal. An example is a carpaccio with a shrimp in the middle, garnished with pickle (forgot) and foie gras, the shrimp has no taste at all, only texture. In comparison, I had a very similar dish of shrimp carpaccio wrapped with foie gras in Milan. The shrimp was made from langoustine, which was sweet and fresh in one bite. The foie gras was also large in size, adding a lot of rich flavor.

The Atmosphere is very special, it was my first time in a Michelin restaurant.
We took 5 dishes of course most of them were super tasty.
The service was great, for me I missed the personal connection.its was very formal.
The dishes looked amazing and were explanations for everything .
I didn't like that they added things with money without updating us .
I don't have a problem paying but I would like to know in advance.
They were super nice and cute and made for a nice surprise for my birthday.
Definitely recommend !

Fantastic modern Italian seafood tasting menu. Lots of fun and interesting courses you won't find elsewhere in Rome. Fish roe carbonara, shrimp carpaccio with fois gras, ravioli w/ anchovies and braised amberjack belly were some of the main highlights. Service was polite and informative of Italian cooking styles/ingredients.

A fantastic restaurant, one of the better 1 ⭐ restaurants that I've had the pleasure of dining in.
The wine pairing was exceptionally nice & the mackerel ravioli too.

Unfortunately I had seen and read a lot about this restaurant and had very high expectations, I'm very sorry but despite having had the 10-course tasting menu I didn't find anything that particularly struck me and I was a little disappointed if I compare it to other restaurants I've been to, awarded by the famous French guide. The location is nothing special and I certainly didn't eat badly, but compared to the price and the prizes it didn't convince me at all. I probably had a bad night...

We celebrated my husband's birthday here and it was a magical experience... we ordered a la carte and every dish amazed us with its refinement, originality and taste. The soft atmosphere of the venue is splendid, with low music in the background and very soft lights. Courteous and discreet service, but always extremely efficient. We will definitely be back!

Wow wow wow wow
We ordered a closed menu, vegetarian (just to try a vegetarian experience)
It was a head turner!
My hobby in life is food, but this time it broke new records.
Everything was just wonderful and dreamy.
Each dish was tastier than the last.
The service, thinking about the customer and the experience, I have no words to describe how amazing it is.
A must for anyone flying to Rome to visit this place!

Wonderful evening, one of those that take you on a timeless journey. Perfect atmosphere, impeccable dining room staff and dishes that really take you far; some make you feel at home and pamper you, like the Ravioli 93.3, others that you don't expect and explode in your mouth making you astonished, the clam tart that accompanies the fish of the day in stew made it unparalleled.
The small sweets are small only visually, because as you taste them they envelop you and you feel that they are exactly what was needed to finish the meal.
And finally the chef, who with simplicity and availability stopped at each table, talking with everyone, making every person present in the restaurant feel part of his "For Me".
Overall nice experience. 10 course tasting with wine pairing. Wine was very good. Food was interesting but did not leave us looking or wanting for more. Presentation was very nice. All together for a 700 euro experience, it simply was not worth it.
