My first Michelin-starred dinner experience. It was a gift from my sister, and I'll have wonderful memories of this evening. We opted for a 10-course tasting menu, and every dish was an explosion of flavor. The plating is meticulously crafted, the wait staff is professional and relaxed, and the chef's visit to our table was very welcome. We were served 10 courses, plus bread and focaccia, plus a dessert tasting, and by the end of the dinner, we were full and satisfied.
I recommend it.

I went for dinner on Sunday. Given the type of restaurant and the bill, I can't tolerate simple mistakes. I order wine from the menu, the first course arrives, and I have to ask for the wine because it hadn't been brought yet. It doesn't arrive immediately... it will arrive with the second course. One course, the red mullet was overcooked and the skin wasn't crispy. I asked for the cooking method and was told it was cooked to ensure the skin is crispy. The most disappointing part was the desserts. They weren't up to par. I'm not questioning the quality of the ingredients; perhaps I just had a bad night.

An unforgettable culinary experience. A journey through flavors. As Chef Giulio Terrinoni himself says, Michelin-starred restaurants are the pinnacle of cuisine. I agree!
A special mention goes to the lactose-free tasting menu, served just for me. A double confirmation, and highly recommended!

Once on vacation we decided to be arrogant and that's how we had our first experience in a restaurant like this.
We ordered the cheapest tasting menu, which was €150 per person.
The staff was very attentive to every detail. The food was very good except for one dish that I didn't like but he made me want another one!
In a word, everything was exceptional!

Per Me Giulio Terrinoni is one of those restaurants that fully embraces the concept of contemporary haute cuisine, without ever losing sight of its restraint, balance, and sense of hospitality. The Michelin star is well-deserved, not as an exercise in style, but as recognition of a solid, coherent, and profoundly mature offering.
The service is one of the experience's strengths: professional, friendly, polite, and attentive, always present but never intrusive. A well-trained team accompanies the diner with ease and attentiveness, contributing significantly to the overall quality of the evening.
The cuisine strikes exactly the right balance: gourmet without extremism. Clear technique, great precision, but no conceptual forcing or complacency. The dishes are readable, harmonious, with an intelligent construction that highlights ingredients and ideas without overwhelming the palate. It's a cuisine that speaks to those who love fine dining, yet remains accessible and reassuring.
The menu is divided into three tasting menus, designed to offer different yet equally coherent experiences, with the option of pairing six wines, proposed and explained by a highly skilled sommelier, capable of guiding guests with confidence and sensitivity, without ever being didactic.
The ambience is tastefully curated: minimalist, elegant, and never heavy furnishings allow for the experience and concentration on the dish. Great attention to detail and cleanliness is evident. The open kitchen at the entrance is striking, immediately conveying a sense of transparency, order, and control.
The prices are not low, as is natural for this category, but they are adequate and justified by the level of cuisine, service, and overall experience. Here, you pay for a structured, coherent, and high-quality offering, and the feeling is one of a perfect balance between value and cost.
In conclusion, Giulio Terrinoni's "Per Me" is a restaurant that impresses in every way: cuisine, service, ambience, and vision. A must-visit for those seeking an elegant, modern, and understated dining experience in Rome, where haute cuisine is an expression of skill, restraint, and unparalleled professionalism. A fully deserved Michelin star.

A great experience from start to finish. Most dishes were truly remarkable. The menu leans toward seafood with Asian fusion influences, but it varies nicely and never feels repetitive. Wine pairings were very well chosen and elevated the meal throughout.
Easily one of the best restaurants of our trip. The Michelin star is absolutely deserved. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth.

I visited this restaurant as a guest of some family members and it was a truly amazing experience. The modern and elegant atmosphere immediately creates the perfect setting, accompanied by impeccable and attentive service. The tasting menu won me over: a fascinating journey through technique, creativity, and unexpected flavors. A discovery I highly recommend to those who love to be surprised and break the mold of traditional cuisine.
