4 of us had lunch outdoors. Typical Friulian menu with some interesting variations. Delicious cjarcons and venison ravioli. The frico, sausage and sliced duck are also good. Efficient service and adequate price.

I can't say anything about the rooms. I only went to the restaurant, which I think is the best in Carnia and perhaps in all of Friuli.
Welcoming environment, carefully prepared dishes, managers who welcome customers with kindness and concern.

An extremely comfortable structure in the middle of an enchanting town: Sutrio. Impeccable rooms, unsurpassed hospitality and superb kindness. It was like being in a fairy tale, even in August and at 29 degrees. If it happens, we will return. J & A

I was only there for dinner, so I can't judge the rooms, but it gives me a lot.
We ate very good local food, the service was excellent and fast.
We had a nice evening.
The price is appropriate for a place like this.

We had dinner there twice. The first out of curiosity and the second because everything in the area was full. The second time before going we called to ask for an outdoor table and we were told yes going after 9pm. Instead we had to dine in a room where it was very hot but fortunately a customer next to us opened the window. It would have been more honest to tell us that it wasn't possible. The staff could be more welcoming and smiling, the food, although typical, without praise or infamy.

We stayed for one night, beautiful place and well looked after in every detail. It's a shame that it wasn't specified that the sauna and relaxation room were upon reservation and paid for (a little excessively) so we spent too much considering that this service was not included. Another thing is the choice of cushions that are both the same.

We stayed 2 nights, reluctantly we left this wonderful place.
You experience family here. Everything is perfectly taken care of by each member of the family, welcoming, kind and capable people.
I can't describe the beauty of the structure, everything new, tastefully furnished, welcoming, very clean.
The spa deserves particular mention as it leaves you speechless.
The cuisine is as delicious as the breakfasts.
Kindness, taste, friendliness
And all at a more than fair price.
