Chi fa star bene soprattutto in un contesto difficile va esaltato e premiato perche' lo fa a costo di sacrifici e duro lavoro. Venite a mangiare e poi fate sapere le emozioni provate ai vostri conoscenti,farete del bene ad altri! Bravi.

Locale scelto a caso e rivelatosi un autentica sorpresa. Elegante, pulito, originale. Ottima location in una piazza centrale vicino ad un monastero. Cucina molto originale e creativa, eleganza nei piatti ed ottimo sevizio

The hosts are always attentive and enthusiastic. The menu is focused and features innovative dishes which still adhere to the core principles of the best Italian cooking. Quality is at the top level and the quantities right for visitors wanting to enjoy multiple courses. The wine list is excellent. We always have a good time here. The restaurant is keen to prioritise home-made, fresh, seasonal ingredients and products that come from the locality. I get the impression also that the team is family friendly in a warm and natural manner. There are tables both inside and outside if the weather is good.

Cozy atmosphere, the staff is friendly and the food is excellent. You eat dishes that you wouldn't do at home, first choice ingredients, I've been there several times and I recommend it

Starter with excellent cured meats and a tasty and aromatic liver pâté. As the first of the pumpkin agnolotti in vegetable broth that have left their mark in my heart. Prices not low but not disproportionate, in line with the quality they offer.

30/01/2025: An English message will follow the Italian one. If you are looking for a very traditional Tuscan trattoria, stop by!!! You found it. The place is not very large, but very welcoming and precious in its finishes and furnishings, supported by friendly and helpful staff who are very expert in describing the delicacies it offers. The food is delicious. Extremely recommended for a stopover or a break in transfers because it is just a few km from the Barberino del Mugello motorway exit. If you are looking for a very traditional Tuscan trattoria, stop by!!! You have found it. A place of not very large dimensions, however very welcoming and precious in its finishes and furnishings supported by kind and helpful staff as well as very expert in describing the delicacies it offers. The food is delicious. Highly recommended for a stop or a break during transfers because it is a few km from the Barberino del Mugello motorway exit
11/01/2025: First experience at the Girodibacco tavern, a very beautiful and elegant place. Very welcoming and absolutely competent staff. Very good dishes. Price in step with the high quality of the food and the place itself. We will definitely be back!!!
