(Review modified) I am modifying my review because the polite response deserves a cold comment and not a hot one like my previous one. As I wrote before, unfortunately I was not satisfied despite the environment being welcoming and well looked after and the service being kind and attentive. The bread was brought without skimping but in my opinion it was stale. The waiting times were too long in relation to the number of diners present. The presentation of the dishes is good but my "80s" tortellini had little flavor and the cream tasted of nothing, all garnished with a (I presume) pulverized spice that I was unable to identify because it also lacks flavor. I was also disappointed by the prices, especially for water (from 65 and I honestly don't understand the answer because I don't think there are suppliers who offer larger bottles. Furthermore, there are solutions adopted by many restaurants to purify and seal the water independently) and covered. I must say that the interactions between the staff are also uncomfortable and a little over the top. I hope I have improved my way of writing, becoming more constructive than before. Last note: asking for open criticism is very naive.

Everything in this restaurant is very tasty. I don't eat goat cheese and was offered an alternative. Every dish deserves the highest praise. Bravo to the chef. I definitely recommend a visit!

Great service but you need a big wallet. Unfortunately the price performance doesn't quite suit us. The evening with starters, main course and dessert for 6 people was just under €300.

Personale gentile e attento, cucina toscana un po’ rivisitata , piatti e sapori ottimi, consiglio i fuori menù, buona la d’atleta dei vini. Prezzi adeguati a ciò che viene offerto

Siamo voluti tornare in questo ristorante per capire se le " emozioni" provate nella degustazione la prima volta era un caso oppure si trattasse di un ottimo ristorante e di un altrettanto ottimo chef. Se la prima è stata ottima la seconda eccezionale. "Tortelli anni 80 ": un'invenzione da favola. Sapori che non si sovrastano l'un l'altro. Un piatto da fa vo la. Si perde un'eccellenza a non assaggiarlo. Coniglio ripieno con erbette: fantastico Funghi porcini fritti: difficile trovare un fritto così leggero ma gustoso. Dolce... senza parole dalla bontà Ripeto: non vi perdete questo ristorante se capitate in zona ( noi ci siamo sciroppati in tutto 80 km per poterci tornare )Perdete tanto. Chef autodidatta ma sembra uscito dalla miglior scuola di alta cucina. Menù non banale Ottima scelta di vini Attenzione nella scelta di materie prime. Molto simpatici e carini i ragazzi di sala. A presto, di sicuro!
