What a gem ! In a small Borgo, next to 2 artisans/artists studios and a beautiful old church, this little cafe restaurant made our trip to Bologna worthwhile. We were lucky enough to eat in the garden , our waitress was warm , bubbly and loved the food she was serving. We had a delicious meal ( vegetarian option for me) and a great banana bread to top it all. Charming, healthy and highly recommended.

Looking for an alternative to stopping at the Autogrill, it lengthens the journey a little but gratifies the palate. Burgers with simple but well-studied, well-balanced recipes, excellent and fresh bun bread. Completing everything is a nice selection of craft beers of various types (IPAs, German, Belgian, special)

I went here with some friends for dinner. Booking recommended. The atmosphere is very welcoming and if the weather permits there is also outdoor space. The burgers are really very good. Excellent value for money. Super recommended, we will definitely be back!

Small but comfortable environment. The vast selection of beers is very appreciable. Good food. I am forced to leave only three stars on the food due to a pin-like piece of metal found inside the fried onions: it could have ended badly since I noticed it at the moment of the bite. I can also understand that it is not the manager's fault regarding products purchased from suppliers, but a customer is upset by these situations and being on the starter, I ruined my dinner. The manager was obviously very apologetic, but that "bad feeling" still remains
It's a shame because it's a really nice place.

It's not a tavern but a hamburger restaurant. I fell for it, looking for a tortello I found myself in front of an American diner menu.
However, a pleasant discovery, excellent burgers, with combinations and sauces
"details". The accompanying dishes such as jalapenos and potatoes with fondue are also good. Excellent cheesecake. Wide choice of beers and ciders.
Rustic location with kitchen on the living room, set in a pleasant 18th century village, beautiful outdoor garden. Friendly and kind service.

The context alone is worth it. The Borgo di Colle Ameno is a delicious surprise, and so is the tavern. The parmesan flan with roast potatoes is very good. Average prices. I recommend the visit.
