Everything was excellent, shame about the service, too slow on everything, even the coffees.

Overall, a positive experience! The restaurant is welcoming, with well-prepared dishes and fast, friendly service. The staff is always helpful and contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. Personally, I found some of the meat dishes a bit dry and less flavorful than I expected. The prices seemed a bit high for the perceived quality. Additionally, I noticed a few too many insects during the evening, which slightly detracted from the experience. That said, it's still a good option for a quiet evening.

5 stars overall. There's not much more to say. Coming from Rome, we stumbled upon this place. Fantastic for the quality of the food and the courtesy. The waiters are people who know how to engage you. What can I say... we'll definitely return.

Pumpkin tortelli are an atomic bomb 💣

Wow, hidden gem! Had such great food and our neighboring tables had some amazing looking dishes as well. Busy place for lunch and dinner. Staff didn’t speak much English, but very patient with my limited Italian skills. I loved the gnocchi and braised meat.

Typical Reggio Emilia cuisine. Delicious gnocchi and cured meats, pumpkin tortelli, and cappelletti. I was particularly impressed by the braised beef, truly excellent.

Worth the Detour! We were just driving through Tuscany on our way to Firenze and needed a lunch stop - spotted Osteria Chilometro Zero on Google Maps and decided to take the detour. My husband wasn’t thrilled about going off-route… until we tasted the food. We arrived around 12:15 without a reservation and were lucky to get a table. The older waitress was wonderfully patient with our very limited Italian, which we appreciated. We ordered: • Fried zucchini flowers filled with ricotta • Gnocchi (as a first course) • Osso bucco • Tagliatelle with 30-month aged Parmesan • Two slices of cake to finish • A glass of wine €80 total. + €10 tip Every single dish was delicious. The flavors were fresh, the presentation unpretentious, and the vibe charmingly local. My husband even admitted, “Okay… this was worth the detour.” High praise. We’re already planning to stop here again on our drive back. Splendid meal. Don’t miss it!

Siamo tornati a Reggio perché ci siamo stati l’anno prima e quel locale purtroppo non esiste più: si mangiava da Dio Abbiamo optato per questo locale viste le ottime recensioni. In generale abbiamo mangiato bene, ma nulla di stratosferico.
