The owner was incredibly rude and unbearable from the start. The food, however, was truly excellent. Compliments to the chefs and waiters.

Excellent experience, traditional food and wines, excellent fish and meat; excellent value for money. We ate outside, and the restaurant has heating lamps, so it's very well equipped. I highly recommend it.

The food was delicious and enjoyable. We were served by a younger gentleman in the second room. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The other staff members weren't particularly friendly. Nevertheless, we still recommend the restaurant.

Summary: An okay place — nothing memorable, but not bad either. The service could be friendlier. The waiter who initially greeted us was attentive in explaining the day's menu, which was a positive. However, the rest of the staff seemed a bit impatient: they made strange expressions when I mentioned I didn't want water and again when I asked for the wine list. For starters, we ordered prosciutto with mozzarella and bruschetta. The dish came with half a ball of mozzarella, a few slices of prosciutto, and two half slices of bread, a portion well below expectations — especially considering the price, since in other places we pay less for something more elaborate. The main courses were just "okay," something that could easily be made at home, which makes the cost-benefit ratio questionable. I also noticed that most of the staff had a closed expression. It could just be a bad day or something personal, but it creates a strange impression in a restaurant with this price range.

They call themselves an "osteria," but as soon as you sit down, you immediately realize the quality here is much higher. Fresh, authentic ingredients are treated with respect and thoughtful pairings. The wine selection is extensive, and the staff is incredibly friendly, always attentive without being intrusive. We returned several times during our stay in Verona and were never disappointed. If we really had to choose our favorite dishes, we absolutely recommend the tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms and truffle, the amberjack steak, and the beef fillet with Amarone.

Typical Veronese restaurant! The specialties are delicious! The Amarone risotto is delicious! We tried everything and it was all delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive, and they even gave us a discount on our bill! We'll definitely be back!
