You can taste the love for the food! Delicious👌🏻, friendly service, atmospheric. A birthday boy is serenaded by a chef. Oil from our own olive orchard. Wine from the immediate area. Top restaurant and definitely recommended if you stay in Tuscany!

If you don't know it, you can drive right past this restaurant. But the food is delicious, quite cheap and super friendly staff. They have a small menu, but they also have an extra plate with many temporary dishes.

Best restaurant you'll find, with wonderful food, great service and atmosphere. The menu is a delight of high quality Tuscan / Italian classics, add to that a great choice of pizzas, and a specials board which is regularly updated, all meaning that there is something for everyone. Plenty of vegetarian options too, and they can also cater for other needs on request. Book early in order not to be disappointed as this place is super popular. Don't forget to try the lovely desserts too. Tonight we had pizza macchia, parmigiana, tagliolini, gluten-free pasta with truffle, mixed salad and the salted caramel semifreddo. Wow!

Wonderful tavern! Very friendly staff and the food was really special. They were also very nice with our furry friends. We'll be back soon! I recommend the scampi and truffle linguine and the pappardelle with wild boar!

We ate here three times in one week. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Our children were also completely satisfied! Be sure to try Fiorentina!

Onestamente, avevo aspettative alte essendomi stato caldeggiato dell'host che ci ospitava, ma è stato molto al di là. Cortesia, accoglienza, un locale molto curato, un vino della casa, O'leandro che è un Bolgheri....un vero nettare e poi il cibo....mamma mia e i dolci fatti in casa....oltretutto prezzi corretti e nemmeno alti vista la qualità

05/08/2024: Peposo alla fornacina! One of the best dishes I’ve had in my entire life. The tears were literally welling in my eyes after the first bite of that little piece of heaven.
27/07/2024: A unique human and culinary experience, to be repeated without further delay. ✨ La Locanda del Gallo offered us an exceptional meal that made us fall in love with Tuscan flavors. Everything is fresh, artisanal, and made with the heart. The staff was professional and very pleasant: we had the feeling of being pampered despite the language barrier (we do not speak Italian and little English). The breathtaking view of the extensive and hilly landscape contributes to the sensory journey that this meal constitutes. Everything is perfect, tasty, there are no negative points. When we return to the region, there is no doubt that we will dine again in this incredible restaurant, and inexpensive too! A memorable memory. Grazie mille 🙏🙏🙏

L'Osteria del Pinzagrilli

01/09/2024: Upon arrival we were greeted by Maurizio, a very friendly, nice and approachable person. After letting us choose the table and having us sit down, we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco (Defaveri to be precise) and an entre served with equal care and detail on the plate, a delicious mushroom sauce with bread chips. We started what will be a fantastic journey with wild boar salami and ham, fried quail eggs with a base of porcini mushrooms, truffle cheese and truffle and mushroom crostini. Afterwards we ordered a picio with white wild boar sauce with truffle flakes, FANTASTIC! The consistency of the boar was perfect, the flavor was more than spot on, the flavors were blended but very distinct, a MASTERPIECE! later we ordered a Florentine steak (cooked perfectly), fried porcini mushrooms and fried fantasy, all perfect, to finish we had a mascarpone semifreddo with truffle and truffle honey. A CONTINUOUS OF EXPLOSIONS IN THE MOUTH. The price compared to the quality is more than excellent, fantastic atmosphere and venue, excellent welcome, exquisite cuisine, complex but not exaggerated, modest but not excessive portions, all accompanied by a Scuttum mezzeni. Everything is absolutely excellent, congratulations to everyone, we will be back soon to eat much more. Good job everyone.
31/08/2024: Beautiful rooms, lovely location, competetent staff, delicous food. Perfect. And then Carla....what more can you ask for? We were at the restaurant several times over the ladt few years. This year we booked a room there. It was fantastic. We plan to go back next year. Sono molto gentili
