Ca' Rossa is a tradition. You can't go wrong. Fast and friendly service, traditional menu, but varied and quality, very characteristic place, with soft lighting, music console. The appetizer based on gnocco, stria and sliced ​​meat is excellent, pumpkin tortelloni with balsamic vinegar are the best in the area, and finally... tenerina cake!!! Al Tavolaccio

12/06/2025: A spontaneous visit. We got a seat just before siesta and were served excellently. We had two regional classics that we hadn't experienced anywhere else in Bologna. The service was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. I would eat here again anytime.
