Ca' Rossa is a tradition. You can't go wrong. Fast and friendly service, traditional menu, but varied and quality, very characteristic place, with soft lighting, music console. The appetizer based on gnocco, stria and sliced ​​meat is excellent, pumpkin tortelloni with balsamic vinegar are the best in the area, and finally... tenerina cake!!! Eating here is like eating at your mother's...

Fantastic hard rock cafe style place, I ate well, the outdoor space is not very large but enough for a few trucks as well as cars. Inside there are many cinematographic and musical references from the 80's and 90's and earlier, really very beautiful. I would have liked to see them more closely but the amount of people at lunch didn't allow it. If possible I will return. Average price, I think around 15 euros for lunch, I don't remember.

08/05/2025: As always, the food is very good. Friendly and kind staff. The bread basket is excellent.
03/05/2025: One of the best trattorias in the area, it's really worth trying. The first courses are tasty and never banal. Among the second courses, the fillet and the mixed grill deserve a mention. The fried foods and side dishes are also very good, among which the excellent chicory stands out. Finally, the bread basket is a small masterpiece.

05/03/2025: From Imola I went to Granarolo dell'Emilia to buy Sant'Ilario parma ham (among the best hams ever) from Teddy's butcher's shop. The owner Nicola welcomed me immediately with extreme professionalism and contagious friendliness. He let me taste some of the delicacies available in his shop, making me understand how he definitely focuses on quality and Italian excellence. Wine department equally noteworthy!!! I will be back soon to buy the meat. A warm greeting to Nicola who is certainly now enjoying the successes of his favorite team 👏😉
28/12/2024: Butcher's shop with excellent, genuine products and a friendly, family atmosphere.
