A very positive dining experience. The food was of high-quality flavor and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. The service was excellent, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is charming, set in an intimate internal piazza, with climbing vines creating a lovely atmosphere and view. Highly recommended for all tastes and for those who want to sample local dishes.

A great discovery! A restaurant away from the crowds with a superb terrace on a secluded little square. We arrived by chance without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. A focused menu with typical Matera dishes under an arbor, what more could you ask for! From the mutton piñata to the spaghettone with sheep's cheese, or the tiramisu with Matera bread, everything was a delight for the taste buds... not to mention the service which was fantastic! A very good address!

Ho chiamato qualche giorno prima di andare a Matera per prenotare un tavolo..
Già dalla telefonata si è capito che una volta entrati nel ristorante è come entrare in casa loro...
Pasquale, la moglie e la figlia sono davvero persone stupende..
Ho finalmente mangiato la famosa Pignata Materana. E davvero ho coperto sei gusti antichi e saporiti...
