Splendid experience inside an ancient oil mill carved out of a stone....the kind Mariella knows how to lead you with discreet elegance through local foods and traditions...the crusco pepper is superb and the cavatelli with pumpkin sauce are delicious...I hope so much so that we can return soon

Beautiful, very charming place. And an old oil mill. Very kind staff. There is harmony and relaxation always smiling and welcoming you and making you feel at home and not a stranger. Matera is nestled in this place. To savor it to the full, you need to discover it and book so as not to miss this opportunity

Located in the historic village "Sassi di Matera" With a splendid external courtyard and the interior embellished by the ancient exposed oil mill It has an excellent traditional menu (pleasant to finally find some soups), and a more than good wine list First-rate raw materials used and skill in preparing them Super excellent and friendly room service Price normal I would say a great discovery and certainly confirmation for the next time Well done

30/10/2024: Pedí una sopa de legumbres, 10 euros, para mi almuerzo. Fue excelente. Aunque era un caldo, el líquido estaba cargado de sabor. El pan y las tostadas que vienen con la sopa también estaban buenos. De hecho voy a volver a cenar.
