Fantastic experience. An immersion in the Lazio region. Fantastic service, Veronica was exceptional! A true Lazio native, she gave excellent advice on how to best enjoy her restaurant. Without it, we wouldn't have been able to enjoy everything. The live preparations at the table were well-executed and very professional and friendly. Welcoming atmosphere, grilled meat in the dining room. Excellent meat in addition to the typical local cuisine. Thank you.

A typical Ariccia restaurant. There were eight of us, and they set up a nice square table for us. The food was excellent, with excellent service. Definitely worth trying again to complete the menu.

Everything was good but the waitress downstairs was a bit stressful, you could feel her presence in the room and it didn't allow the atmosphere to be relaxed.

21/10/2025: We went to the place twice, and the only downside is that besides wine, they only have Coca-Cola, and I don't drink either, haha. The place is calm, with very good food, the shrimp risotto is perfect, and it's very beautiful. I highly recommend it.
19/10/2025: Hands down, the best restaurant in Rome. The food is exceptionally high quality, combining sophistication with tradition. My sincere compliments to Chef Fabrizio! We can't wait to return! Great!

08/03/2026: A very cute little restaurant, small but truly welcoming in the center of Albano Laziale. The atmosphere makes you feel immediately welcome, the service is very competent, and the staff is very friendly. The first courses are delicious: agnolotti, fettuccine, carbonara, and amatriciana. Everything was delicious, though the standout for me was the cacio e pepe with two pecorino cheeses. We also tried the ribs and meatballs, both delicious. The desserts are also quite good. Highly recommended.
02/03/2026: Very refined atmosphere, good food. Traditional cuisine with well-executed reinterpretations. Unfortunately, I gave it a 4 because, in my opinion, the quality/price ratio is too high.
