Curiosa abbondanza di piatti con tartufo, che non abbiamo ritenuto valesse la pena di provare.
Però quello che abbiamo consumato ci ha molto soddisfatto: baccalà mantecato ad arte, tartare di trota salmonata, pasta con formaggio locale (di cui non ricordo il nome ma molto buona)

Gorgeous little restaurant, didn't realise they received a Michelin star in 2020 until we arrived.
I ordered the Iberian pork pluma which was delicious, but my party was not quite as impressed, none of them finished their plates so I was able to taste multiple dishes, all of which were a disappointment in comparison.
The truffles were bland, the pasta had no character, other dishes were hard to explain.
The wine and beer options were nice and somewhat reasonably priced.
Perhaps I had high expectations, don't believe everything you see on Google. Your money will likely be better spent elsewhere.

Very good food, perhaps the best in Gardone.... naturally good food comes at a price that is quite high but acceptable. Manager very close to customers, the only flaw was the dirty glasses and the water put in by the waiter not replaced, but that's okay, they were beginners... quite limited menu, but all in all acceptable. Excellent choice of wines. We will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely amazing. It’s Michelin star-rated, and the ambiance is absolutely incredible. The breads are all homemade. The truffle pasta and the truffle guinea hen, and the way that the truffles are cut is just absolutely stunning. We had such an amazing meal and are looking forward to coming back. We’re so grateful to everyone that greeted us with a smile on their face. The truffles were zested amazingly. Will be back to Osteria Antico Brolo!

Une fois passée la porte d'entrée on arrive dans une première salle qui est un jardin d'hiver. La décoration est typiquement italienne et la Vespa bleu qui y trône donné un côté très "Dolce Vitta". Ensuite on monte quelques escaliers, on longe un couleur ou se trouve la patronne dont l'élégance se marie parfaitement avec le lieu, attablée devant les réservations et les additions, la télé allumée. On entre ensuite dans une salle ou le chic et le broc se mélange. Le service est correct et la cuisine excellente, je me suis régalé de leur soupe à l'oignon gratinée.
