Excellent and jovial welcome, well organised, particular and pleasant environment.
Excellent choice of food and drinks, tried the sea bass with cherry tomatoes, a delicacy.
I also recommend it because it is well located in the city center.
Only recommendation: book promptly.

Absolutely amazing place. 100%authentic traditional Italian food. Menu on a board translated by the owner. House wine superb, all food superb and very reasonably priced too.

We trusted the French Routard and dined there, us three friends on an August evening. And all was very point on: Fron the meals to the service.. We enjoyed it so much.
They can cook Tuna like no one.
I cannot recommend it enough.

Absolutely charming!
The gastronomic offer is fantastic, the couple who own the restaurant are extremely friendly and the cozy atmosphere is what makes Osteria Marise a mandatory stop for anyone who wants to have a good dinner in Trieste!

Highly recommended, somewhat more upscale restaurant, whose somewhat hidden location should not be underestimated (we just got a place without a reservation :D
Small restaurant with a cozy menu, a very friendly boss (waiter) who didn't mind our lack of English at all, and very good food. If you as a tourist should definitely take a look at it, reservation is strongly recommended!🫡

We got the Last Seats and were really happy about IT :) Starter and Pasta were delicious and a specially ordered salad With Scampi was extraordinary too. Its really a Hidden gem for fresh Italien Food, hosted by the super friendly owners. Only Thing Missing would bei Outside sweating.

In questo piccolo locale emerge la cordialità dei proprietari e la qualità delle preparazioni. Abbiamo cenato con piatti tipici veramente ben fatti. Una bella esperienza da ripetere.
