An excellent trattoria serving trout, farmed by the owners themselves, as its signature dish. The menu also features other fish and meat dishes. The atmosphere is very informal and the service simple. Prices are reasonable. Overall, it's an excellent trattoria.

Antica Trattoria Da Gaspar

18/11/2025: San Daniele ham, vinegar-cured salami with polenta and smoked ricotta (very good, but perhaps for the €12 price tag, an extra slice would have been nice), sweet cjarcions (very, very good), and finally, apple strudel and panna cotta with caramel. Everything was truly delicious, the only flaw being that the wine we ordered didn't live up to the quality of the food.
18/11/2025: Excellent food, but the wine could be better. We ordered the salami with vinegar, San Daniele prosciutto, Cjarsons, and desserts. I recommend it.
