31/12/2024: It is difficult to summarize the rating with stars since there were various components that influenced this experience. Let me start by saying that I had already been to Mauro's at least a couple of times, attracted by its reputation as the best hamburger restaurant in Brescia. The extreme impossibility of parking in the immediate vicinity, to be shot, is confirmed. After several laps parked about 200 meters away. but inadvertently you risk a fine. The place is characteristic and welcoming made up of different environments, unfortunately we ended up with a table stuck under a television broadcasting a football match that we would have gladly done without. The choice to impose a double shift for the tables is unpleasant and inconvenient. I confirm the excellent quality of the raw materials used by the kitchen and the vast choice of both classic and more tasty hamburgers. A criticism of the cuisine as, upon request, we all opted for medium-rare meat, including two identical burgers. The two identical ones arrived, one very overcooked and the other raw or very rare just placed on the grill as well as the other different in type. The onion that was supposed to be caramelized was quite stew. At the classic and regrettable request if everything had gone well we objected to this cooking problem but no one then came to ask for more specifications or give explanations. In the end, all in all it wasn't an exciting experience but we should return to do the acid test. Finally, reasonable and not exaggerated prices for three burgers, three appetizers, glass of wine, medium beer, drink and water around €90
