Osteria Al Gallo In Salò

We stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant by chance. It was absolutely worth the trip. The ambiance is fantastic. The seating is lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was fantastic! Highly recommended.

"Risotto ai funghi" for two was excellent! On the owner's recommendation, we only ordered this, and it was more than enough for dinner. We'll come back to try the rest another time.

Fantastic osteria off the beaten track but well worth the visit. Staff were fantastic and excellent food.

Very nice place, with a "grandma's house" atmosphere, with old photos, retro paintings, and copper tableware as decor. I don't think the owners are Italian; the food is very spicy and reminded me of Ukrainian cuisine more than Italian.

Very good food, we came here to try horse meat and it was great, steak was good but pizza with smoked meat and Rucola was magnificent. Prices are great too

Delicious food, pasta, pizza and fish was awesome! Nice staff, everybody was so nice to us and also to the kids. Beautiful atmosphere, traditional and authentic Italian restaurant. Highly recommend it!

From Salerno on vacation to Salò, we found this very unique place on Google. It feels like a village, with narrow streets and tall, colorful old walls. Parking is available in front on a quiet street. There's an outdoor area literally immersed in greenery and a cool leafy roof (I used my repellent), while the interior is located in an old, wood-framed building, very welcoming and well-maintained. We were seated immediately, plenty of seating, and the food is typical for the area: good, excellent portions, well-cooked meat, good ragù, okay pasta, excellent and plentiful artisanal tiramisu, excellent prices compared to the competition, €80 for five. Finally, there are plenty of games for children, including two trampolines, a friendly owner with pearl earrings, and friendly and fast waitresses.

Ambiente semplice ma accogliente e molto famigliare. Personale, soprattutto i camerieri, molto gentile. Il titolare da bravo padrone di casa gira per i tavoli mettendo a proprio agio la clientela con suggerimenti davvero molto interessanti e consigli ottimi per il bere. Sono andato alcune volte con la famiglia e mi sempre trovato benissimo con cibo semplice ma molto buono di ottima qualità. Pizze davvero ottime con prodotti di prima qualità e ben curate. Consiglio davvero a tutti quelli che voglio mangiare bene senza che la "mettano giù" difficile. Prezzi nella norma
