Un viejo amigo me había invitado a Al fuoco di Brace un restaurante en el que no había estado durante muchos años. El restaurante es una cocina italiana clásica que tiene una fuerte herencia toscana. Elegimos el bistec Chateaubriand con una variedad de verduras, regado con un vino básico Sangiovese. La comida era excepcional con la carne cocinada perfectamente y el servicio muy atento y generoso. Me complace que esta ubicación se agregará a la lista de restaurantes en Milán a los que volveré felizmente

Restaurant offering typical Milanese cuisine. Risotto, beautiful cuts of meat cooked over charcoal. Traditional cuisine. Friendly welcome and attentive service. Very good wine list. Here, you'll find locals and regulars, a sure bet.

03/08/2025: Small, quiet restaurant, we were well received by the owner and the server. We had the parpadelle al ragu dish, very good, homemade pasta al dente, with veal and green beans, a glass of house red wine, and a very good cappuccino, for a total of 60 Euros for two. The server offered us biscotis to accompany our coffee. Very satisfied, we will return.
