Roundup of exceptional appetizers from the sea and the mountains (hot and cold), 8 courses, each better than the other, very fresh local cheeses and dairy products, genuine first courses and freshly baked desserts. Highly recommended

Chef Carlo made our dining experience exceptional. Starting with the appetizer of the house, 8 delightful, beautifully created local dishes, we enjoyed eggs with fresh truffles, local mushroom gratin, perfect ricotta with picante, and more. Troffie with fresh local mushrooms , sausage and tomatoes was fabulous. The lovely dessert chef brought us, a light pastry with custard, was perfect end to a perfect meal.

An extraordinary traditional meal of the most enjoyable kind. Carlo created an array of delightful appetizers, fresh ricotta with peppery salsa, eggs with fresh truffles, eggplant gratin with cheeses, and five or six more,, just as special. Followed by pasta with mushrooms and sausage, and a light, lemon custard pastry to top it all off. We cannot wait to return!

I went today. Even without a reservation the young waiter took an interest in finding a table. The service was very attentive and professional. The cuisine is traditional and of great quality. Very honest price. Certainly a place to recommend.
