Devo ammettere mio malgrado... una certa diffidenza, dettata dalla mia errata convinzione che la vera cucina italiana debba essere solo preparata e servita da personale italiano. Beh... malgrado la mia evidente titubanza all'ingresso, mi sono dovuto ricredere. Servizio attento, gentile e professionale dall'inizio alla fine. Qualità della materia prima impeccabile. Preparazione dei piatti curata e autentica nel rispetto della cucina del territorio. Da non perdere il pesce crudo come antipasto, preparato al tavolo. Conto onesto. BRAVI...

We came in on a Saturday night with no reservation when they opened, and they managed to find a table for us. The rest of the place filled up very quickly, so I recommend to book before hand! We had the carpaccio which was delicious, as well as the grilled squid and the spaghetti al vongole. All very nicely prepared and tasty. The wine was great too. Small hidden gem, feels very local. Highly recommend!

Trattoria tradizionale ma non turistica. Piatti eccellenti, la granseola e il saor squisiti. Pochi ma buoni vini. Offerta dolci scarsa. Servizio gentilissimo.

19/02/2025: Les plus : le restaurant est situé dans un ancien palais, dans un quartier calme de l’île Dorsoduro. Le service était attentif et courtois. Les plats étaient bien présentés et raffinés, mettant en avant la cuisine / les produits locaux, préparés de manière moderne. Nous avons apprécié que l’entrée que nous voulions partager nous ait été préparée déjà répartie dans 2 assiettes, sans que nous l’ayons demandé, bravo et merci pour cette initiative 🙏. Le pain et l’huile d’olive étaient également délicieux, ainsi que le cocktail pris par mon fils . À améliorer : le niveau sonore (la grande salle est bruyante) Prix un peu élevés mais en ligne avec le niveau de service, de qualité des mets et à la décoration du lieu. Bravo !
