Our personal favorite in Acqui Terme! In addition to the delicious menu there are always delicious courses outside the menu, using fresh local products available that season. As if that is not already a treat, also the owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. Cherry on the cake is the huge wine list. Can’t wait to go back!

I had dinner with my wife and wanted to try the seasonal off-menu items and we were really satisfied. Excellent dinner and excellent wine recommended by the owner.

We had lunch at Osteria 46 and had a wonderful time, thank you. We had requested a table on the side, and they accommodated us. We enjoyed all the dishes, which were presented clearly and precisely. The entire staff was very helpful and meticulous in serving the various dishes. The location is wonderful; today, November 2nd, while we were having lunch, we had a wonderful autumn landscape before us. We will definitely be back to try other delicious specialties. It's becoming a lovely habit to celebrate my birthday or some other special occasion at Osteria 46, and it never disappoints. The courtesy of the staff, the quality of the dishes offered, and the wine list: everything is top-notch! It's a very pleasant place, both for its charming outdoor park and for its interiors dedicated to modern art, which is celebrated in a pleasant and even humorous way. When it comes to the quality of the food, you can't go wrong. We start off great with the appetizers, one of Osteria 46's highlights (traditional Russian salad, filet baciato, robiola di Roccaverano, all top-notch). The revisited traditional dishes are also excellent: today, a variation on vitello tonnato prepared with wild boar meat was amazing! The Piedmontese-style tripe was a dive into tradition. The wine list is high-quality and the selection is highly recommended. Today was a day of celebration, and a 2020 Alta Langa Rosè Borgo Maragliano sparkling wine kept us company with its class. I was very pleased to see the cake decorated with birthday wishes and a candle. The food is excellent, reasonably priced, and the service is impeccably courteous and the location is charming and personal. I can only speak highly of this establishment and invite everyone to experience what I consider to be a true highlight of the Acqui area.

Very stylish osteria just outside centre of Acqui Terme. Pleasant surroundings. Good slow food, excellent service, off road parking. Recommended.

Very nice place with outdoor parking. It has a huge outdoor park and two indoor dining rooms, plus some outdoor seating for dining in the right seasons. The service was quick, and the food was good. We'll definitely be back, perhaps trying other specialties.

A friend took me there a few days ago. The atmosphere is welcoming, allowing you to spend a peaceful evening, even with a small child, as if you were at home. The attentive, unobtrusive staff and their attentiveness to the diner's needs make dinner a truly enjoyable experience. The food is excellent, featuring mostly traditional Piedmontese dishes, and the wine list is impressive and anything but ordinary. The daily specials, which aren't on the menu, are a surprise, and the prices are perfectly proportionate to the quality. I highly recommend it.
