A wonderful experience. We were welcomed with extreme professionalism and warmth by the entire team.
The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, and the dishes were delicious and very well-balanced.
The large outdoor space for our dogs to run around safely completed our experience!

The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, although I think it's more appealing in the warmer months.
The dishes are good, although we didn't find that extra touch that would make them exceptional.
The wine list is predominantly local (a lot, too much Barbera), with a touch of the Langhe. They could, if desired, include new and interesting wines from the Barolo/Barbaresco region.
The service was also good; my fillet arrived lukewarm and undercooked, and they promptly replaced it: well done!
The prices were more than fair.
The first course was good.

Everything was excellent, the gnocchi melted in your mouth as did the salami as an appetizer, the tartare was really fresh and the fillet with pink pepper was very tender, perfect quality/price ratio and very kind staff, we will return as soon as we have the chance

We stumbled upon Osteria 46 based on the reviews during a trip to the seaside. Excellent cuisine and generous portions. The tagliolini with black truffle and homemade gnocchi were delicious, and the braised beef melted in your mouth. Among the desserts (all homemade), I recommend the Tarte Tatine with local apples (so they explained to us) and the classic bonet, true to Piedmontese tradition. All this is complemented by the professionalism and kindness of the wait staff—well done, well done, well done. A stop is highly recommended. (Cheers from Ro and Luca :)

10 out of 10! We were looking for a special place and it was a total success. The restaurant is decorated with impeccable taste. You can tell they've paid a lot of attention to the aesthetics; you feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you walk in.
As for the food, the Vitello Tonnato and the Ravioli del Plin were incredible, truly authentic Piedmontese flavor. 🇮🇹
But the real showstopper was the octopus with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were incredibly creamy and the octopus was cooked to perfection. It was, by far, the dish of the night.
