Food was ok for how expensive it was, but what did you expect, it's Venice. Anyways, staff(helped us take a photo!) and atmosphere is amazing, and better than most restaurants out there. Best for 2 ppl(The entrance has like 6 two seated table)

The food was delicious and of excellent quality. The service was excellent, with great customer service and always courteous and helpful staff. The wait times were quick, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Excellent value for money. Recommended!

We were very pleasantly surprised at this restaurant. We were in desperate need of a cool lunch spot and I am Gluten Free and had this place saved on my maps. The restaurant is hidden but had AC and was very cool inside. The history of it was also very entertaining. We ordered some wine and Chichette and pasta. All was very good, our sever was amazing and it was the perfect afternoon lunch spot. They can also do GF Chichette!

A superb discovery on a friend's recommendation! We loved it so much that we went back every evening during our stay in Venice, and each evening was magnificent! The welcome, the food, the wines, the atmosphere, the kindness and smiles of the owners... everything was absolutely perfect!! I would gladly return to Venice to go back to Antico Dolo!!

The place is a bit cramped, but the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed in a building that has seen generations come and go. The service is very friendly. The food is very good, the prices are a tad high, but the quality of the ingredients is impeccable. The entrance is rather discreet; we walked right past it and almost missed the door. We ordered several different dishes, all of which were very well prepared.

This perfect little ostaria was recommended to us by our hotel for something more casual and authentic, and I'm so happy to report that it absolutely delivered on both accounts! It's run by a family, and I absolutely adored the mother, who on our second time eating there said she was having a much better night working with her daughter, which is so relatable and endearing. The food was fresh and delicious, and 10 stars for the service and atmosphere as well. It's such a perfect spot and I highly recommend reservations!

The price is acceptable. Very nice service. They also have gluten and dairy free dishes. Their wine is very delicious.
