For some time now, whenever we spend a day in Venice, we've tried to plan a lunchtime stop here. The restaurant is also popular with locals, which means the value for money is at least fair. The menu is extensive, but it's always worth asking what's on the daily menu, which, if you arrive early, generally offers a good variety. When we visited, we opted for monkfish with potatoes. The desserts are not to be underestimated. In our case, tiramisu and cheesecake with warm berries... As I said, we stop here at least a couple of times a year and have never been disappointed.

We went to Ostaria A La Campana looking to get away from the tourist bustle of Venice, and it was a great choice. We were able to have a leisurely lunch, without the crowds of other more central places. The service was excellent from the start: they gave us excellent recommendations, and one of the waiters, upon learning we were from Seville, welcomed us with joy because he had been there recently and loved the city. The service was warm and friendly, helping to create that family atmosphere that is so appreciated when traveling. And the food was top-notch: delicious, fresh dishes with that homemade touch that leaves a good memory. In short, a place to eat well.

I was visiting Venice with my partner, and a shop recommended this place to us. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. It seemed like local Venetians and local workers were eating there. It was definitely a great choice.

Cada visita a Venecia se presenta como un nuevo descubrimiento. Caminar por el laberinto de calles estrechas, callejones y escaleras se convierte en una experiencia encantadora y desafiante. Con cada nueva visita, nuevos descubrimientos. Fue por casualidad, como todo en Venecia, que descubrí esta ostería. Caminando de una calle a otra, a la hora del almuerzo, hambrientos, entramos al lugar sin mucha expectativa. El servicio fue rápido e informativo, con personal atento. El menú ofrece opciones de pasta con mariscos, pero también tiene una variedad de platos de carne. Pedí una pasta con ragu que estaba excelente, así como un antipasto con queso y jamón. Espero volver de nuevo, si los venecianos lo permiten. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Ristorante ritrovato da una foto scattata durante una cena nel giugno 2021, non ricordavo il nome e finalmente l’ho trovato. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e per fortuna abbiamo prenotato. Servizio molto veloce e personale gentile. Massimo è stato cortese nell’ascoltare le nostre richieste. Sicuramente ci ritornerò la prossima volta. Osteria storica, gestita da loro da 29 anni.
