I had the pleasure of dining here with my family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The dishes were excellent, truly delicious; they follow tradition, but with a touch of originality. The house wine was truly excellent. The staff who accompanied us during dinner were kind, helpful, and engaging. My partner is vegan, and having mentioned this when booking over the phone, they offered him some truly valid alternatives, which almost never happens. A truly excellent experience. We all left enthusiastic. I'm very picky about pesto, being used to my grandmother's, but their pesto is truly tasty, light, and not too salty—just right, I'd say. Thank you!

By the way, the service and the classic pasta with pesto were really good. The red wine by the glass was also good. I had lunch in an authentic place, which I'm very happy about; I'll be back again. Thank you, and I'd also like to point out that it was prepared by an Italian, the kitchen is open, and the preparation is "transparent." It's rare to find such a good combination of cuisine and service these days.

We arrived a little late for lunch, but the welcome was excellent. The dishes were truly delicious and delicate. The place was very nice and clean, and the staff was courteous and professional.

I went to this place after the aquarium and I really enjoyed the food! I had the tagliatelle with pesto which was amazing! The staff were very friendly and spoke good English!

24/09/2025: A lucky stop and we found this excellent pizzeria that also serves food. The pizza crust is exceptional and melts in your mouth. The fried foods are all tasty and dry, served on the typical Genoese menu. The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. We'll definitely be back, but we'll take a bit longer. Highly recommended!!

04/10/2025: great tavern-style local spot, with a tourist friendly menu that left everyone in my group satisfied. recommended to go with small groups, and to order from the tourist menu. the price-quality ratio is perfect, and the house wine was perfect for the dishes. dont expect especially fast service - the trattoria serves good food at a good price to local customers. but if you want a break from exploring the city and some quality local food, this is an ideal choice.
28/09/2025: I had lunch with my wife one week, all based on porcini mushrooms. The tagliatelle with mushrooms and fried mushrooms were excellent. The dishes were standard and the price was fair. I will definitely go back.
