We had dinner in this tavern in the alleys by chance.
The service was excellent
We didn't like the bread
The starter divided into 3 was in line with expectations.
The house wine offered was very good and competitive in price (only 13 euros).
Both tartares were very fibrous however
Unfortunately, we didn't fully enjoy dinner because the street smelled of pee
The management software wasn't working, so he couldn't issue the invoice

Splendid place in the heart of Genoa found thanks to the Osteria d'Italia application which, as always, doesn't miss a beat!
Excellent trofie with pesto, a sublime squid on a bed of chickpeas and a dessert based on cream, peach, chocolate and biscuit. A thousand thanks!!

Cibo ottimo, porzioni non propriamente generose ma comunque sufficienti. Personale cordiale. Menù bimbo da esplicitare meglio (se scrivete nel menù "menù bimbo", scrivete poi anche tutto quello che possono scegliere! anche i bambini vogliono poter scegliere!)

I returned to this place after a few years. Over time, the already high quality has further increased.

Ottima esperienza, cibo molto buono, servizio cortese.Mi è piaciuto molto l'utilizzo del qrcode sia per il wifi sia per il menù.A mio avviso molto più igienico rispetto al cartaceo.

The name says it: simple food. And simple is always difficult to achieve. But they did it and offer gastronomy without frills, but with a lot of affection. It's like eating at your nonna's house and spreading bread on your plate at the end. In fact, the only drawback is the bread, which could be homemade. But no one is perfect

The octopus and gnocchi with pesto are delicious! The coffee is also excellent. Absolutely worth trying if you are in Genoa

A fantastically authentic restaurant. The service and food were both outstanding. As a non Italian speaker it was so refreshing to see staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable whilst ordering. The food was outstanding, I would recommend the octopus soup and the fresh tuna and spinach pasta. The menu changes depending on whats available which reflects how fresh the food is here.
