We were drawn into this place because it looked inviting, cosy and had a nice vibe. We weren't expecting to call a halt to our bar crawl across Pisa, as we had a few more places to visit. The range of beers here appears to value quality over quantity, with each one being better than the last. The service was incredible and we were talking to the staff for a while, alas the drinks are quite strong, so maybe go for the "piccolo" rather than the "grande".

Excellent craft beers, tasty piadinas and sandwiches, they don't have a real kitchen, so don't expect prepared dishes... I love hot dogs though and for the category the food is really excellent, people come here more for the excellent craft beer and the atmosphere, than for the food.

Very characteristic brewery with a wide choice of craft beers on tap. Really tasty dishes, sandwiches and wraps. Staff always helpful and friendly. A gem in the center of Pisa.

Local pub with young people frequenting it, also excellent for something to eat. Absolutely recommended, especially for a beer with friends, perhaps enjoyed on the street as is customary in the area. The only flaw is the urban area which is not very usable, still too many cars and no bicycle parking and the small square/park in disrepair.

18/06/2025: Discovered by chance, but excellent. I would say that it is worth stopping in Pontedera even just for this family restaurant that offers food beyond expectations. Courtesy and kindness of the service do the rest.

The menus change monthly and offer a wonderful combination of aromas and flavors, with a variety of textures. Each dish is finely seasoned and briefly presented before serving. An extensive wine list is also available.
