The best place to get your craft beers! The bartenders are amazing. The best place to get yourself a nice beer in Pisa 🇮🇹🤌🏼. The best brewery with craft beers brewed by them. The staff is truly kind and friendly. Best brewery in Pisa if you're looking for good, locally sourced beer.

We were drawn into this place because it looked inviting, cosy and had a nice vibe. We weren't expecting to call a halt to our bar crawl across Pisa, as we had a few more places to visit. The range of beers here appears to value quality over quantity, with each one being better than the last. The service was incredible and we were talking to the staff for a while, alas the drinks are quite strong, so maybe go for the "piccolo" rather than the "grande".

Excellent craft beers, tasty piadinas and sandwiches, they don't have a real kitchen, so don't expect prepared dishes... I love hot dogs though and for the category the food is really excellent, people come here more for the excellent craft beer and the atmosphere, than for the food.

Il Covo Dei Ghiotti

05/10/2025: A couple's evening with a fried pizza as an appetizer and a new pizza for my wife and I, water and house wine and a dessert... everything was perfect, even with the price. The only downside was the ambiance: the ceiling was too high, so the room was overrun with customer chatter, almost to the point of not feeling like you were at your own table... it could easily be improved!!!
