For a vegetarian in Italy, the existence of a vegetarian restaurant is something of a legend, so the few times you come across one, you absolutely have to try it. The place is very elegant and well-kept, and the first courses we tried were truly top-notch (cacio e pepe and legume soup). The wines were excellent. Unfortunately, the dessert was disappointing: a deconstructed "cheesecake" (as culinary experts say), composed of a rather salty biscuit part, a soft cheese part that wasn't sweet enough, and oversized peach pieces with no flavor or seasoning. It's a real shame about the latter, but I absolutely recommend the place anyway. The prices aren't cheap, but you know those in advance, so as always, you can't complain afterwards.

We had an exquisite lunch experience! The food was absolutely fantastic. Creative flavour combinations and made with lots of love and attention to detail. Great wine list as well. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Without realizing it, we stayed until after closing, but they did not make us feel like we were overstaying our welcome at all. Highly recommend!

Simply amazing. I've been a vegetarian for many years, so I'm quite a regular at vegan/vegetarian restaurants. This is definitely one of the best I've ever dined at. Excellent ingredients, research and care in preparation, exceptional combinations of tastes and flavors... splendid location and service. I highly recommend this restaurant, even to non-vegetarians! You'll come away enriched! Congratulations!

Very good experience, the tagliatelle with black truffles were amazing and the pistachio fondant with Yogurt ice cream exquisite. The staff speak english as well which helps.

A lovely spot for lunch in Gubbio. We're not vegetarian and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious, light dishes (it was very hot that day!). A nice change from the more typical Umbrian cuisine.

Este es el mejor restaurante vegetariano en el que hemos comido. La comida es creativa y deliciosa. El servicio es amable y atento. De postre, el Tortino al pistacho de Sicilia fue uno de los postres más deliciosos que hemos disfrutado.
