01/01/2025: Arriving in Sondrio in the late afternoon, I looked for a pizzeria nearby and ended up here. Delicious pizzas, honest prices and the place is also clean and well kept. Advise
29/12/2024: Let me start by saying that I hadn't been to this place for 4 years, the interior was very sad, I appreciated the renovation of the room. Having said that, I must say that the bathroom, at least the male one, recalls the famous phrase of the "worst bars in Caracas", and seems (or has) remained the same as the bar present within the same walls 10-15 years ago.
Let's get to the meat, having eaten pizza the previous evening, and having seen some well-made sandwiches in the photos, I decide to have a hamburger. The sandwich seen in the photo was there!! almost!! everything: meat, cheese, caramelized onions, everything was tasty but alas except the bread, which was the Roberto brand style supermarket one, maybe they had run out of other bread, but I don't care. A total disappointment, 7.5/10 meat on 2/10 bread, if I had known I would have taken the pizza, which I tasted and I must say it was improved compared to how I remembered it, a bit more digestible, even if compared to pizzas from ranking needs work, I noticed the crust was a little browned and dry to entice you to eat it, and I noticed it on all the pizzas I saw coming out of the oven.
Then you don't understand, is your pizza a dinghy or a cartwheel? The ones I saw going out were by dinghy, but on maps there are many also by cartwheel. Here too, same rule as above, either you're meat or you're fish, apart from paella, but that's another matter.
Nothing to say about the ingredients of the pizza, certainly of a high standard, and I also found the flavors on the menu interesting, enough to waste about ten minutes on, like in a respectable gourmet pizzeria!
In conclusion, in the same way that if I order a cooked ham and I have to change the pizza because the ham is finished, if the well-made bread is finished you tell me, and I will give you a rule from a marketing book: if a product (any) changes Often these characteristics in consumer psychology mean that the service has holes, it pisses you off, and then you never go back again.
