A fabulous place. And absolutely recommended. We had a family dinner and loved it. Very tasty and imaginative dishes. Breathtaking view. A little long if you are with children, but as a couple it's ok

An extraordinary place! The young chef and his team create a world-class restaurant! Kudos to them! I will watch with interest how the team develops 😊 I recommend it for a romantic dinner in the style of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Organika is a stellar restaurant. We've been there 4 times over the last year and each time it has been an incredible culinary experience. Ricardo, the chef in his mid-twenties, creates dishes mixing flavors that are both surprising and amazing. His signature dish is pasta with shaved deer that is heavenly. You can't go wrong with the 10 course (probably a better option for lunch) or 5 course menu. They are flexible and gladly adapt to dietary restrictions (we've taken many friends there). The service is excellent, courteous and friendly. A gem in Cortona.

I don't write many reviews, but this little gem offers cuisine worthy of a Michelin star! The environment is refined, the open kitchen, the very kind and well-trained staff, the divine dishes... there were 5 of us and the tagliolini with butter and anchovies made us shed a tear of joy and gave the chef a round of applause! The chef is very young but you can feel the love and passion he puts into his dishes in every bite. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible experience here. We got a five-course dinner for four in an intimate setting, with generous wine pairings, food that was customized where needed, very personal service, and lots of laughter. This was so far the highlight of our stay in Tuscany!

We had the 10 course menu. - Looking at the individual dishes, the dishes were well done, although there was less of a wow effect. Unfortunately, the composition or combination of the dishes in the individual courses was not really successful. You don't know beforehand what's available. - Both the chef and the service staff were very friendly and competent, although a slightly more elegant appearance on the part of the service staff would have been more in keeping with the restaurant. - The restaurant itself is very simple, with a bit too much of a "living room atmosphere" here and there. - Price/performance ratio is okay, but due to the high prices you expect top-class cuisine, although there is still room for improvement here. Would we go again? Maybe if we were in the area again and would like to check how the restaurant has developed. But then I would ask about the menu or the composition beforehand.

Not everyone can excite people with their dishes, but organika with its chef and all the staff has succeeded. Finding fault with this place is harder than finding a needle in a haystack; from the location, to the service up to the dishes and their presentation. Organika is an experience that you must do if you have the chance.

Introduction: despite being local, I had never been to this restaurant. Sin! I called to book a table, initially they were fully booked, but after about an hour I was contacted again to confirm the booking following a last minute cancellation. I appreciated it very much. Environment: you are welcomed by Silvia in a cozy environment, a few tables, in front of an exceptional sunset, surrounded by lavender and rosemary plants. Undoubtedly, in summer the place is at its best in terms of location. Very few tables. Wines: wine list not too extensive but notable, a lot of attention to local products but also from other regions. There are also several cocktails. The maitre d' is very kind and knowledgeable, never intrusive, and the proposed combinations were spot on and very pleasant. Food: 5-course tasting menu, with pairing of 4 matching glasses of wine (even if in the end there were 7 glasses!). I cannot explain in words what it was like to eat in this restaurant: each course was a feast for my taste buds, an exciting experience, each dish explained in great detail. The biggest surprise for me was seeing it Chef come to the table to explain the dishes, and find out that it was a 24 year old boy. A rare talent, indeed, will make its way. Undoubtedly it is not a tavern, but I did not notice that formal and set attitude that can sometimes be found in environments of the same level. Everyone is very nice and relaxed. The final price is binding, but respects the quality offered in every area. I think I've found my new favorite restaurant in Cortona, and I smell a star... good luck!

What an amazing place! This restaurant is located in a wonderful scenic spot, with a wonderful view and a great, cozy terrace. The food deserves a Michelin star - stunning. The team is wonderful and they are even calling up front to ask for allergies etc. We went here twice during our stay in the area, because we loved it so much!
