10/05/2025: Attention to detail and raw materials, excellent wine list, very characteristic environment!

08/05/2025: A truly beautiful experience at the 4 Rose Restaurant in Rovato. We were greeted with impeccable service: attentive, professional and at the same time warm, capable of making us feel pampered throughout the lunch. We started with an excellent Cà del Bosco 2016 Vintage Collection Dosage Zero Noir, a pure Pinot Noir that won us over with its elegance and complexity. Perfect accompaniment to appetizers and first courses. Among the dishes, the excellent risottos with Franciacorta and truffle stand out, creamy and well balanced, and a truly refined beef carpaccio with truffle and Parmesan, capable of highlighting high quality raw materials. The restaurant's cellar deserves a special mention: well stocked and full of international goodies. We chose a surprising Armenian red wine Horoz, grown at 1400 meters on Mount Ararat, which was able to beautifully accompany the main dishes with its strong and spicy character. A highly recommended address for those looking for high-quality cuisine, great attention to detail and a respectable wine selection
