A place that is changing its project and identity... In my opinion, excellent premises, and it is therefore acceptable that there are still grey spaces.
Let's say that the raw materials of the dishes seemed to me to be of quality, the service is closer to a pub than a restaurant, the portions are really small and the setting is not as warm and welcoming as a pub but not as austere as a refined place either.
The prices are a bit high, given the issues mentioned above, but given the location and the human quality of the staff, I believe there are the premises for a notable place in the Turin area.

Great atmosphere and great food!
I appreciated the menu with not many dishes, but very interesting: the saffron scent of the pacchero with Cuneo sausage can be felt from a distance and the sweet and sour giardiniera vegetables really taste like vegetables (too often the sourness covers the flavors). Excellent grilled meat, served at the right point of cooking (it could only have been hotter).
Overall, very satisfied with the lunch!
The only flaw: incorrect bill with the price of the wine higher than the one ordered. Unfortunately I noticed it at home: by sending photos of the receipt, the staff apologized, kindly refunding me (after a few reminders from me).

Small hamburgers.
Semi-raw vegetables.

Place housed in a historic farmhouse from 1720. Generally very good dishes. The burgers are not large but, nevertheless, they are carefully packaged. Very kind and professional staff.

Excellent food and special location. The only thing: it's impossible to ask for changes to the dishes (larger portions or more or less ingredients) the menu is like this. Spectacular meat. Excellent first courses!!! Profiterol … mmmm

Ristorante molto bello piatti ottimi solo una cosa mi ha dato un po’ fastidio ma che si possa aggiustare che i camerieri non ti danno il tempo di finire di mangiare che tolgono i piatti per il resto ottimo

Lo frequento da anni e da anni lo consiglio a parenti e amici.
Cordialità, simpatia e grande qualità dei prodotti. Hanno perseguito fin dall'apertura questa strada e la stanno mantenendo negli anni. Un locale dove il personale non è di passaggio è sempre un plus che io apprezzo molto.
Ottima la scelta delle birre e la carta dei vini. Altrettanto ottima la qualità dei prodotti in menù.
