The heating was broken...and we weren't notified. The staff is friendly, and most importantly, the service is very fast! The food is what you'd expect from a chain, a franchise. Never bad, very standard. I find the alcohol expensive. Everything else is average.

Four of us ate lunch here. We had a wonderful meal. The service was fast and the staff were friendly, especially the waiter/manager (a very kind man from Taranto), who was empathetic and professional. He always kept us in line and booked a table for the agreed-upon time, so despite the line and the crowds trying to get in, we had no problems. Excellent value. Free coffee at the end of the meal, which is not a given! We'll be back. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the heating wasn't working well the day we were there but the place was full of people and we were served with speed, precision and attention. They are very friendly, efficient and attentive to the customer. Well done

13/01/2026: The owner seems friendly, the food isn't bad, but the prices are higher on nights with live music, even though the musicians get paid months later (if they get paid at all). This isn't just a criticism of the venue, but also of this way of exploiting other people's work.
09/01/2026: It's one of the few places where you can still listen to quality live musicals. That alone would be enough to qualify it. For dinner, we tried two steaks and a burger. Of the two steaks, one was decent—nothing exceptional, but not bad. The other was so full of fat and sinew that we had to discard a good 25%. We politely reported the issue, but it had no impact on the bill. We don't know if the report reached the right people. The burger was extraordinary. We'll eat it again and again. Decent beers. Good sides. Excellent desserts. The price is average.

10/02/2026: A lovely discovery. During our stay in Bologna, we wanted to treat ourselves to a good burger for one evening, a break from the traditional Bolognese fare. We chose this place both for its excellent reviews and its proximity to the B&B where we were staying. We had two truly excellent burgers, accompanied by equally excellent fried foods as an appetizer. A pleasant surprise, discovered on site, was the presence of a sort of loyalty card: it allows you to accumulate points for free gifts and, on certain days of the week, to take advantage of events, discounts, and promotions. For example, one of their sandwiches is free on your birthday; in our case, since we were there on a Sunday, we were treated to a delicious New York cheesecake. It's a shame this chain isn't available in my city. Finally, a special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind.
25/01/2026: I was strolling through the streets of Bologna and accidentally stumbled upon this chain. At first glance, it seemed like the usual American fare, but the menu and cozy bar atmosphere piqued my interest. Excellent menu, brilliant, super-helpful staff, especially the two young men in their twenties. Truly quality products and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Special mention for the sweet potatoes. I don't want to return for the usual tortellini and tagliatelle, but for this magical place that takes you on a wonderful gastronomic journey.
