Prenotato con The Fork per un venerdì a pranzo in un weekend di visita a Lucca. Cameriere molto attente e cordiali, primi molto buoni e porzioni generose. Abbiamo assaggiato i tordelli al ragù di chianina e le pappardelle al cinghiale, entrambi davvero gustosi (i tordelli sono stati spazzolati anche da mia figlia che di solito non mangia esageratamente). Buona anche la crema catalana. Prezzo nella media, considerato che si trova in pieno centro a Lucca (piazza dell'Anfiteatro): con lo sconto del 20% per la prenotazione di The Fork, abbiamo speso 50€.

Reservation via TheFork in this place which, overall, is very nice and welcoming, I give 4 stars to the food and service because neither of the two stood out enough to give the best, while for the location I give 5 stars because it is very central: it is located right in the amphitheater square!
Overall we had a good time and ate plenty, so I recommend it if you are in those parts. The cut was definitely the best thing we ate in this restaurant, so if you go try it!!

Very suggestive restaurant in the outdoor part of the amphitheater of Lucca. Despite the heat there was a water misting system under the umbrellas which gave the diners a bit of refreshment. Very fast service despite the large amount of customers. I ate a very good cheese starter, although I expected a little more variety. Then I ate some very good pici cacio e pepe. Price I must say very honest. I recommend it very much

The restaurant is located in the amphitheater square, eating outside allows you to dive into the town while admiring the buildings that make up the amphitheater itself.
Friendly staff and good food.

The 5 of us had dinner here and it was super fun on the square. The staff was nice and attentive, so that's a plus.
The pizzas were tasty, large and more than enough. I had Tagliata and it was very tasty, but a fairly small portion. My wife's pasta was also a fairly small portion. The pasta vongele, on the other hand, was a generous portion.
It was extremely hot this day and the terrace has mist sprinklers, which were very pleasant.
All in all, we had a delicious and enjoyable meal here!

Locale nel pieno centro di Lucca della piazza dell'Anfiteatro Romano.
Location molto bella e suggestiva.
Cucina ristorante semplice e qualitativamente molto buona.
Lo stesso vale anche per la pizza.
Servizio informale ma di livello: il personale, pur mantenendo il dovuto "distacco" col cliente, riesce a farti sentire come tra amici e non te ne andresti mai dal locale.
Sicuramente un locale consigliatissimo.
