€6 for a spritz and a bruschetta!!!
I had 2x hugo spritz and 1x limoncello spritz and they were amazing.
They brought me the bruschetta and I said “no thanks I’m gluten free” just wanting the spritz knowing I couldn’t eat the bruschetta, and one of the waiters said “no problem!” and brought out bruschetta on a GF pizza slice for me!
So thoughtful & really delicious.
A great place to sit & watch the world go by!

We were in Pisa with friends and took a trip to Lucca. At lunchtime, we were looking for a restaurant with an outdoor seating area.
We received a warm welcome at Old Charle.
Very friendly, attentive, and quick service.
The food was delicious.
A chilled wine was served.
The value for money was good.
Good food, friendly and attentive service - a nice place to sit comfortably - what more could you want?
As soon as Lucca is on our agenda again, we'll be back there.

Stato a cena in questo ristorante e devo dire che è stata una piacevole scoperta! Servizio cordiale-preciso e rapido. Piatti abbondanti e soprattutto buoni.
Qualità/prezzo = OTTIMA
Se qln si trova a Lucca consiglio vivamente di andare a mangiare da old charlie piazza anfiteatro

Kind welcome. Nice place in a unique context, that of Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Rich and varied menu, between tradition and originality. Fair prices.

Passing through Lucca, I stopped in this place to sip an aperitif. Quick, kind and smiling service, very good Spritz, accompanied by an equally good Bruschetta.

Fast service, delicious food, it's true, the sauce on the carbonara was not silky, but the "tiny" homemade pasta with tomatoes and the seafood spaghetti were divine.

Siamo andati in questo ristorante molto carino in piazza anfiteatro, ho mangiato un primo e una tagliata di manzo, la carne ottima!! Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene, ottimo servizio i camerieri sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Velo consiglio assolutamente!!
