A very pleasant surprise! After opening the The Fork app, my wife decided to make a reservation at this restaurant, which, listen up, is run by an athletic trainer who also oversees the menu! We found the dishes tasty, balanced, and above all, fit! We were so happy to have met the chef and the attentive, precise, and friendly wait staff! We can't help but be delighted with our experience; we'll definitely be back and we'll be doing some great publicity, well-deserved! Thank you!!!

11/06/2026: This restaurant is located in the center of Poggiofranco, strategically located for parking, and has a pleasant outdoor area with several seating areas. The staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. We were able to eat even though we arrived late due to work, and the staff welcomed us politely and warmly (a rare occurrence). The food is excellent, as evidenced by the menu, which doesn't have a huge selection but guarantees top-quality products, favoring local produce. They deserve every star. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

10/05/2026: First of all, I'll say right away that the food is good. I was just disappointed that when I booked by phone, I wasn't told that on Sundays there's a mandatory appetizer menu. While they were good, they were too generous, and we didn't get to try the first courses. The tagliatelle al vino primitivo was excellent. I expected more from the iconic carbonara, but it wasn't bad anyway.
22/04/2026: Excellent traditional Roman food, excellent service, nice atmosphere, definitely worth returning
