Very good products, poor service: sometimes the staff behind the counter is friendly, other times it seems like they're doing you a favor, depending on the luck of the day. Courtesy towards the customer would definitely be a plus.

I only tried the ice cream: They're delicious and very reasonably priced! If you're looking for good ice cream, I recommend it. As for the rest, I don't know, the staff is friendly.

11/10/2025: They sell some beans that are not sold in supermarkets, so you can come and pick them up as souvenirs.
09/10/2025: Why go? If you're a coffee lover, try their blends here and you'll truly experience the aromas as described. The place is spacious, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast and attentive. The chocolate served with your coffee is also very much appreciated.

11/01/2026: The place is a classic Milanese spot that's been around for many years and is also popular with Bocconi students. We often go there on Sundays for sandwiches, which are truly excellent. The service is very attentive and friendly, but I have to make a very negative comment about the restrooms. I've rarely found a restroom in such poor condition in a place like this. I'll overlook a few things: runny soap, a poorly functioning toilet, and a mixed men's and women's restroom. No, that's not the case. Such a thing simply isn't allowed in a place like this.
