Welcoming, special place, we were welcomed with a glass of red wine and some delicious bruschetta with lard, we did the meat menu, the conviviality with other people was nice, recommended experience, the oil cake Fantastic!!!!

Cecchini Butcher Shop This is not a butcher shop, and this is no ordinary place. This is something unique. An open-air museum. A true bottega, a Renaissance workshop with its master, Dario, always at work. The butcher shop and Dario are one they cannot exist without each other. It’s pure magic to watch him, like a conductor leading an orchestra, running his restaurants and carving meat with passion and precision. A truly one-of-a-kind place. Claudia and Beatrice, attentive and skilled shopkeepers, stand beside Dario. But the entire team is extraordinary. The fantastic Mario, the amazing Ezio, and the talented chef Simonetta, who has carried on Dario’s recipes for years. Bravo, Dario!

Everything that I could imagine, perfect meat, great atmosphere, a little bit emotionally loud, but you here exactly for this. Amazing meat, great service. Have no words to explain how happy I am that had this experience. I'm just happy that I had an opportunity to visit this iconic place.

Omg, the food delicious! An incredible view while you eat!

Carne strepitosa, buon servizio, lardo favoloso... che c'è da dire? Assolutamente consigliato per chi ama la carne, vale tutti i 50 euro a testa spesi. Proprietario cordiale che è anche venuto più volte a sincerarsi che non ci fossero problemi con la bambina (mia figlia aveva 4 mesi). Torneremo di sicuro!

Solo su prenotazione, consiglio di chiamare almeno un mese prima. La cena è stata un'esperienza unica, un'esplosione di sapori ad ogni portata. Il costo è fisso di 50€, ma la cena ne vale almeno il doppio. L'appuntamento è un'ora prima della cena per un aperitivo costituito da vino e bruschette con il lardo a volontà presso la macelleria posta al piano inferiore del ristorante. Giunto il momento della cena, ci si siede a un unico tavolone, secondo la filosofia del ristorante, per godere del pasto in compagnia. Durante la cena sono a disposizione, in quantità illimitata, vino, acqua, pane e olio. Le mie portate preferite sono state la tartare, la fiorentina ed il lardo spalmabile. Il resto della cena è stato squisito, di qualità e accompagnato da un personale gentile, disponibile e attento. La cena si conclude con torta, caffè e grappa. E' stata una cena indimenticabile... Inoltre Dario Cecchini ti accoglie sempre con un gran sorriso
