Got 2 tomohawk steaks for the family on a recent trip to Tuscany. We brought them home to cook. They fed 14 people and the flavor was excellent. Could not have been better experience. Dario greeted us and was very welcoming. The best experience and best cut of meat I’ve ever had !

Met Dario today and his wonder wife Kim. They made us feel very welcome and made sure we had plenty of great food. This was a bucket list that did not disappoint. So glad we got to meet Dario and eat wonderful food. Thank you so much for the hospitality!!

Quality of the meat, cooked in different ways, superb! The service was a little less so with the table going downhill (outdoors) and the waitress not being attentive and making different and unequal portions between the various diners...

Had an incredible experience at Antica Macelleria Cecchini! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I had the pleasure of meeting some fantastic people. The wine flowed freely, the meat was absolutely top-notch, and the entire evening was filled with great conversation and good times. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal in a unique setting!

Everything is excellent from the organisation, to the courtesy, to the waiting times... you arrive at 12/12.30 and you can enjoy an aperitif with crostini with colonnade lard and a glass of red wine... lunch starts at 1pm. .. 5 courses of meat from raw Florentine style... jacket potato and beans. Mocha coffee, bitters and oil cake... very full and satisfied. All for a fixed menu of €50. Nice day to repeat...

Si va per fare in esperienza , se si vuole alzarsi con la pancia strapiena no, non che non si mangi o si mangi poco lungi da me dire questa cosa, tutto ottimo personale gentilissimo, all inizio della cena Dario Cecchini viene a dare il benvenuto a tutti i suoi ospiti. Caffè con una moka gigante favoloso per non parlare della torta all olio offerta più volte. L unico appunto che posso fare che si potrebbe fare ogni tanto un ripasso con le portate se magari qualche commensale ha apprezzato molto e ne vorrebbe di
Più. Comunque consigliato e da provare!

If you enjoy excellent cooked meat, you need to visit Officina della Bistecca. I have known Chef Cecchini since 2002 and this restaurant is the culmination of his expertise in beef from Tuscany. You will sit at a communal table and be served an eight main course meal with sides. If you are not a carnivore, then choose someplace else. If you are ready for a meat experience like no other, you have chosen well. I have been visiting Chef Cecchini's places for over 20 years and the food, I can say as a fellow chef, is excellent. This is an experience not to be missed.
