It was a wonderful experience meeting Dario and eating at his place. I highly recommend it if you're in Tuscany.

A fantastic experience, absolutely worth a try.
First of all, you have to book on their website (they're very well organized). We went for dinner; you're asked to arrive between 7 and 7:30 PM. There's a small aperitif with bread, lard (Chianti butter), and wine/water. Then, at 8 PM, the tables begin to be set up—a much-appreciated idea, a great way to meet new people and share experiences. Once you're seated, the food begins immediately. At the table, we find: unlimited water and wine, a bowl of raw vegetables (carrots, celery, and onions), and a dip. After a few minutes, the various cuts of meat are presented, from the delicious raw meat to the queen, the Fiorentina. We finish with a piece of simple cake, coffee, and grappa. The whole thing costs €50 per person. You won't leave hungry; it's always a pleasure to return.

You need to be prepared to sample the menu, and I really like rare meat. I loved the orange cake served with coffee at the end. We walked in without a reservation and were seated at shared tables.

A format that can only satisfy you!
In the few minutes you wait to get to the restaurant, they serve red wine and crostini with Chianti butter! (This alone would be worth the trip).
And as soon as you sit down, you'll find a carefully prepared dip, followed by steak courses of every kind!
In short, a truly wonderful dinner, topped off with baked potatoes with lard and a homemade dessert that took me back to my childhood. For me, a Tuscan, it was also a journey down memory lane of flavors!
An evening to enjoy with family or friends.

This place is a booooooooomb the best experience old fashion proper sit down shut up, just eat.
Welcoming wine and bread with pork fat spread. We sit down next to stranger which I loved the idea. I didn’t think this still exist. The conversations the vibe is amazing,
Then they start serving plate after another one. You can’t even pick which one you like more they are all well balanced very well cooked. Simply I’ll go back to Italy just to visit there again.

Si te gusta la carne de res y sus diversos cortes, este es tu "Shangri - La". Éramos una familia de 12 , de 5 a 70 años , y a todos nos encantó esta experiencia. A partir de verduras frescas y chianti en la mesa, luego al sarro, carpaccio y varios otros cortes de la vaca antes de llegar a la joya de la corona... Filete florentino! Añada papas, manteca de cerdo y postre de pastel de oliva, y tendrá la experiencia más irreal por solo 50 euros por persona (con nuestro nieto libre de 5 años o menos). Y eso es solo la comida porque también tienes la gran personalidad de Dario Cecchini, que nos estaba saludando a todos a la llegada y viniendo a través de la zona de comedor varias veces para comprobar cómo estábamos. ¡Qué experiencia encantadora en la Toscana!
