An exceptional experience in Panzano, even if the maestro wasn't present that day. The meat was undeniably high quality, the set menu cleverly minimizes waste, and the idea of ​​sharing tables with other diners was a lovely one. The price was absolutely in line with the offerings and the experience. Highly recommended.

Really nice place. It's a shame it's not open in the evening, but that's the least of it. The meat is really good, and you'll leave feeling really satisfied. It's a great experience, a very quaint place. Highly recommended if you want to come back full.

An experience worth trying if you like meat. I highly recommend stopping by. They offer two menus, both of which also include a well-curated vegetarian option. Reservations are required. There's also a butcher's shop where you can purchase their products.

10/11/2025: Small place with a wide selection of pizzas to take away or eat in (minimum 1 pizza per person to sit down and the price increases by €1) but it's worth it. We ordered ours to take away, delicious.
28/10/2025: It was an incredible place. I've lived in Florence for three years. I've eaten countless different kinds of pizza, both in the south and the north, but this is the best I've ever had. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially by Florence standards. It's a very local place. We tried Sapori del sud Regina. I highly recommend it.
