First experience at Cecchini's, having taken the solociccia: a two-hour succession of tasty and well-cooked courses (apart from the roast which was tough). 2 liter wine, excellent fresh bread! The mocha mixture and the oil cake are also very good. The service is very uneven but folkloristic... overall lovely! While waiting, an aperitif is offered with red pieces and crostini with oil and Chianti butter. For 30 euros each you couldn't do better. Recommended if you are very hungry!

I fully agree. Good meat. The owner fantastic. Arrive around 12 and book at least 3 weeks in advance (especially on Sunday for lunch). Well done, keep it up. May the fat be with you😋.

What is the reason to eat a Fiorentina steak? A taste for meat? A gastronomic adventure? Gluttony/gourmandism? Maybe the answer is all three. Visiting Mr. Cecchini in Panzano in Chianti and tasting a sequence of meats prepared by his grill masters is something phenomenal. Dishes with chianti classico and snacks, a perfect sensory experience. If you´re in the region, don't miss this rare opportunity.

A truly incredible experience, unlike anything I had ever experienced on my trips to Italy. When we arrived, we were met with a real party on the street in front of the restaurant, where they served wine and antipasti while we waited to go in. At the appointed time, two people appeared at the window announcing that the restaurant was open!
We were directed to our seats and the meat was better than the last, and the sides were also very good. The wine is included and is a Chianti from Cecchini himself, which went well with the lunch. Sparkling and still water were also included. I loved it!

Solo su prenotazione, consiglio di chiamare almeno un mese prima.
La cena è stata un'esperienza unica, un'esplosione di sapori ad ogni portata. Il costo è fisso di 50€, ma la cena ne vale almeno il doppio.
L'appuntamento è un'ora prima della cena per un aperitivo costituito da vino e bruschette con il lardo a volontà presso la macelleria posta al piano inferiore del ristorante. Giunto il momento della cena, ci si siede a un unico tavolone, secondo la filosofia del ristorante, per godere del pasto in compagnia.
Durante la cena sono a disposizione, in quantità illimitata, vino, acqua, pane e olio.
Le mie portate preferite sono state la tartare, la fiorentina ed il lardo spalmabile. Il resto della cena è stato squisito, di qualità e accompagnato da un personale gentile, disponibile e attento.
La cena si conclude con torta, caffè e grappa.
E' stata una cena indimenticabile...
Inoltre Dario Cecchini ti accoglie sempre con un gran sorriso
