At every lunch, Dario and his staff exude the joy of those who have just opened their restaurant. The quality (and quantity) for the price is unbelievable. "Look, Paolo, here you have to eat until you're starving," says Dario Cecchini simply.

Truly an experience worth trying. The welcome with bread and lard, wine, and the invitation to sit down followed by the trumpet is truly unique, as is the place, which also offers a large shop. We opted for the meat workshop menu. Everything was delicious, especially the raw meat tartare. In order, it came: tartare, roast beef, beans, belly, shoulder with shoulder blade to be picked, and so tender a steak that I can't remember which part it was from. Dessert and coffee. Wine galore. Truly a culinary experience, as well as a Tuscan must.

If you find yourself stopping in Panzano, it's almost certainly because of this larger-than-life butcher shop. From the moment you approach, you'll see huge crowds gathered, observing and queuing up for a photo with the man himself. Inside, you're free to wander, grab a toast with some lardo spread, enjoy a glass of wine, and, of course, purchase some high-quality meats. The atmosphere truly feels like a vibrant festival. For context, Dario Cecchini was popularized by Anthony Bourdain's show, which introduced the world to the passion of this eighth-generation butcher in this small Tuscan town.

Si te gusta la carne de res y sus diversos cortes, este es tu "Shangri - La". Éramos una familia de 12 , de 5 a 70 años , y a todos nos encantó esta experiencia. A partir de verduras frescas y chianti en la mesa, luego al sarro, carpaccio y varios otros cortes de la vaca antes de llegar a la joya de la corona... Filete florentino! Añada papas, manteca de cerdo y postre de pastel de oliva, y tendrá la experiencia más irreal por solo 50 euros por persona (con nuestro nieto libre de 5 años o menos). Y eso es solo la comida porque también tienes la gran personalidad de Dario Cecchini, que nos estaba saludando a todos a la llegada y viniendo a través de la zona de comedor varias veces para comprobar cómo estábamos. ¡Qué experiencia encantadora en la Toscana!

La Divina Pizza

15/10/2025: This is truly the best pizza in the world! I discovered this place by chance and my friend and I decided to eat here. All the ingredients were fresh, the pizza was delicious, and the owner's attention was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! ❤️ I can't wait to come back here on my next trip to Italy. 🙌🏼
12/10/2025: We tried pizzas with different sourdough doughs, something you can't do at other pizzerias. Truly excellent. Kudos to Roberta for the excellent ingredients used. We'll see you again soon.

Santa Margherita Tenimenti Toscani

12/08/2025: Beautiful, modern winery. The woman who took over the winery was brilliant; she was very knowledgeable and exuded passion. The wines we tasted were truly excellent, paired with cured meats, cheeses, and olive oil. I recommend it to all Chianti lovers!
29/07/2025: I was here with a friend through a reservation with Smartbox, which included a tasting of three glasses of wine accompanied by a sampling of local olive oil and salami and cheese paired with the wines served. The woman explained the entire history of the winery to us and was truly impeccable in her explanations of the wines. We took a tour of the cellar, seeing the various processes involved in creating the various types of wine. She showed us where they keep the concrete and wooden barrels and where the wine is transferred between the various processes. The wine was good, and we went home with a nice purchase.
