The location is beautiful in an area that needs places like this, the dishes are good. I realize that the fixed menu may raise some doubts, but believe me when I tell you that it is worth it, it is not demanding and the courses are well proportioned. We had dinner with some friends last month, booking at the last second, the only thing the owner recommended was punctuality, but then again, how could he blame him, it was a Saturday evening. everything was very good, we particularly appreciated the hot appetizers and the first course (really very tasty). Good selection of wines, we will consider it for future "group" dinners.

I'm originally from the place and when I go down to San Severo we always stop by the Officina del Gusto, excellent quality food, a very beautiful and evocative location and then we eat like God, compliments to the Chef. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

When we went to eat some meat, we were told that the place only does fish. Nowhere is this mentioned. However, the chef Adamo satisfies us with other things... not bad.
