Both the restaurant and the pizza are very, very good, no complaints there, the dishes will truly surprise us!
I went during the week and the service was a bit slow due to the lack of staff. I'll have to try it on the weekend...

While wandering around Savigliano, this "Officina" popped into our minds for dinner. I'd been there 10 years ago, I think, but I had fond memories.
Once through the front door, we found ourselves in the outdoor area, which was truly welcoming and well-kept, as was the restaurant itself: you could say it had a vacation feel.
We ordered three pizzas and a risotto. Honestly, given the restaurant and its central location, I expected to face significantly higher prices, but we were pleasantly surprised. Of all the pizzas on offer, only one is over €10, so it's suitable for most budgets. The same goes for the other dishes.
It's definitely worth returning!

A very welcoming and elegant place. We had a very light whole-wheat pizza. The Polifemo pizza is excellent, especially the quality of the prosciutto.
The staff were very friendly; Massimo served us, and his smile and friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable.
