A traditional Apulian restaurant with a bakery. Apulian bread, especially Apulian focaccia.
I had lunch with troccoli alla pastora, an excellent pasta with a spicy cherry tomato ragù and a sprinkle of salted ricotta (?). Very flavorful yet balanced.
I had a slice of focaccia, which was good, but I prefer the ones you eat in Bari, Putignano, or Altamura. It's well known that the typical products eaten in the area are something else entirely.
Overall, the restaurant is welcoming and has a distinct Apulian character, which is a real pleasure.

Recommended for beekeeping. I did that. However, I'd like to try cooking. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

Excellent place in the center of Bologna!!!
A very welcoming place, very friendly staff, and above all, excellent, well-prepared food... a real surprise whether for a snack, lunch, or dinner!! From the first courses to the second courses, including the focaccia, everything is truly delicious.

We spent a few days in Bologna, and from the first day we arrived, we were treated extremely well. They're super friendly, and everything is excellent. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The owner is a genius. The bread is delicious, and so are the croissants.

I was quite close and I passed by, it's true I'm from the same town as Lorenzo and Matteo but I can't help but say that the place is well kept and the pizza isn't good, moreover it's special 🔝

Officina dei Sapori a Bologna è la pugliesità doc!!!
È stato come sentirsi a casa, prodotti tipici pugliesi, prodotti freschi, prodotti di altissima qualità. Pane fresco, focacce, insomma se volete mangiare sano e benissimo, per chi vive al nord, o se passate per Bologna dovete fermarmi qui, tappa obbligatoria.
Proprietario gentilissimo, personale e staff super cordiale.
Locale bellissimo, e pulito.
In bocca a lupo per tutto ragazzi, venirvi a trovare è stato un immenso piacere.
