We spent a few days in Bologna, and from the first day we arrived, we were treated extremely well. They're super friendly, and everything is excellent. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The owner is a genius. The bread is delicious, and so are the croissants. Thanks for everything 😍

I was quite close and I passed by, it's true I'm from the same town as Lorenzo and Matteo but I can't help but say that the place is well kept and the pizza isn't good, moreover it's special 🔝

Officina dei Sapori a Bologna è la pugliesità doc!!! È stato come sentirsi a casa, prodotti tipici pugliesi, prodotti freschi, prodotti di altissima qualità. Pane fresco, focacce, insomma se volete mangiare sano e benissimo, per chi vive al nord, o se passate per Bologna dovete fermarmi qui, tappa obbligatoria. Proprietario gentilissimo, personale e staff super cordiale. Locale bellissimo, e pulito. In bocca a lupo per tutto ragazzi, venirvi a trovare è stato un immenso piacere. W LA PUGLIA!!!

They are cute… and the baby food is delicious!! A very nice place with a large display of fresh products, from baked goods to cheeses and vegetables. The sweet pastries for breakfast are also worth a mention, especially the fried graffe!! The cheeses arrive fresh weekly from Puglia, fior di latte trecciona, buffalo mozzarella and burrata to die for. A varied and abundant lunch menu, the menu changes almost every day and includes appetizers, first and second courses, including fish; vegetarian dishes are also available. My favorites? Orecchiette alla pastora and gazpacho. Friendly and helpful staff, generous portions, fair prices. They also simply resell bread, obviously made by them. In addition, products for retail sale are available (oil, pasta, cheeses). You can practically spend the whole day there. Clean environment, spacious tables. Well done, really well done.

A place with good food and friendly prices. Away from the tourist center, more of a pub for locals. Thanks to this, it maintains its level. The place specializes in its own baked goods. For breakfast, from the early hours, you can drink coffee and eat something sweet for 2.50 euros! There are also all kinds of pizza, foccacia, etc., prepared on site. For lunch, in addition to pastries, there is also a lunch menu. There is no English, but very nice staff helps, translates and advises. A few suggestions for starters, primi and secondi piatti. I tried it two days in a row and the suggestions were very interesting and tasty. Caprese is delicious! Pasta on point! I was also enchanted by the zrazy. Everything rains nicely. Prices very affordable. Plus wine, beer and drinks. In the evening, a large selection of sandwiches, pizza, wine and beer. The pub then becomes noisy and spills out onto the street. I recommend this place
