These guys are remarkable. In the true sense of the word.
They are kind, attentive to the customer, and convey a positive atmosphere when eating.
Two of us had dinner here this evening, choosing two main courses off the menu and it was all delicious. This dinner in Bologna will remain in our hearts and we will definitely return.

For the first time since I lived in Bologna I finally ate a mozzarella worthy of the name: truly excellent
And to eat closed today.
Apart from the mozzarella, which is my favorite (the smoked one, the scamorza, is the best!) they have many specialties from Puglia and beyond, all excellent to taste on site or to take away.
The prices are low and certainly good if we consider the value for money.
I'll be back soon.

We went for a quick lunch. Excellent pizzas, even the panzerotto which was not at all greasy and light. Delicious side vegetables, especially the aubergines, we divided it into 4 (large plate) and that was enough.
Very fair prices, plus on Thursdays they give away the puzzle week :)

Bellissima scoperta: prodotti pugliesi ottimi, in generose quantità, possibilità di fare aperitivo in una formula simil buffet ma dietro ordinazione. I ragazzi sono estremamente disponibili, educati e gentili. Ci e’ stato fatto anche uno sconto (assolutamente non scontato a Bologna). Forse eviterei la musica, un po’ troppo forte.

Yesterday we celebrated our daughter's graduation here at the Officina dei Sapori we immediately found ourselves at ease, a family environment with young, professional and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine, plentiful and with the true flavors of Puglia. Thank you very much for everything I hope to visit you again in Bologna or Mattinata.
