From the moment we sat down, dining at Oca Bianca felt like a true discovery. The staff was warm and attentive, and every dish — paired with thoughtfully selected wine — was outstanding. The menu stands apart from anything else we encountered in the region, both in creativity and execution. After two weeks of eating our way through Italy, this was easily the most memorable meal of the trip. Missing it would be a real shame.

Buonissimo. Absolutely exquisite meal. Perfectly medium rare steak, and a fabulous wine pairing.
The owner was also very kind and discussed SML in general.
We are already planning to return, and a resy at Oca Bianca is on the top of the list.

Reservamos por adelantado para una mesa aquí. Tengo uno en la esquina, donde nuestro Bulldog fue bienvenido también, que fue muy agradable.
Hay muchos artículos de carne en el menú, así como algunos clásicos italianos. Bonita carta de vinos también. Dentro hay un ambiente elegante y cómodo. El personal (más joven) era muy amable y nos atendió muy bien.
Primero hubo un Amuse Bouche de cortesía. Pedimos el plato de inicio de la cata. Significa un poco de todo lo que se puede pedir en porciones individuales también: Steak Tartare, carne de res y cerdo cocidos con polenta. Todo muy buenos artículos, el tártaro y la carne de res ambos excelentes, el cerdo estaba decente.
Para la alimentación teníamos el Steak Rossini: Cocinado según lo ordenado (medio) , con Foie Gras caliente en la parte superior y un vino - salsa de reducción. Siempre uno de nuestros platos favoritos, este plato. Y se cocinó muy bien - la calidad de la carne era genial. Carne de Piemont.
Tuvimos una copa de Prosecoo primero, una copa de Pigato blanco para el entrante y una copa de Sangiovese para el principal. Los vinos eran agradables. Pero era muy poco vino solo en la copa... por el precio que esperábamos un vertido más generoso. De nuestras innumerables visitas a Italia y muchas muchas visitas a restaurantes, este fue de lejos el que realmente ahorró en la cantidad de vino.
Y luego está el precio. Se reunió a poco menos de 170 euros. Comparado con otras experiencias en la ciudad, este fue claramente el más caro. Y por eso un poco caro. No se equivoquen, es un buen restaurante con buena comida de calidad. Pero 140 a 150 euros (máximos) sería apropiado. Hay muchos restaurantes excelentes en la ciudad, así que este aquí fue una buena experiencia, pero probablemente no volveremos.

We booked ahead for a table here. Got one in the corner, where our Bulldog was welcome too, that was very nice.
There's a lot of meat items on the menu, as well as some Italian classics. Nice wine list as well. Inside it's a classy, comfy atmosphere. The (younger) staff was very friendly and took care of us very well.
There was a complimentary Amuse Bouche first. We ordered the Tasting starter plate. Meaning a bit of everything that you could order in single servings as well: Steak Tartare, medium-cooked beef and pork with polenta. All very good items, the Tartare and beef both excellent, the pork was decent.
For the mains we had the Steak Rossini: Cooked as ordered (medium), with hot Foie Gras on top and a wine-reduction sauce. Always a favourite of ours, this dish. And it was cooked very good - meat quality was great. Piemont beef.
We had a glass of Prosecoo first, a glass white Pigato for the starter and a glass of Sangiovese for the main. The wines were nice. But it was really little wine in the glass only....for the price we did expect a more generous pour. From our countless visits to Italy and many many visits to restaurant, this was by far the one that really saved on the amount of wine.
And then there's the price. It came together at just under 170 Euros. Compared to other experiences in town, this was clearly the most expensive. And for that a bit overpriced. Make no mistake, it's a good restaurant with good quality food. But 140 to 150 Euros (tops) would be appropriate. There are so many excellent restaurants in town, so this one here was a nice experience, but we probably won't be back.

Good speghetti with tomato sauce. Got the T bone and liked it, the cost for the steak was $80 usd and it’s large for plus 2 people. One of the better meals on this trip. Service is really great. No room for dessert. Overall, food was tasty and on spot.

Ambiente raffinato e bel locale in legno; antipasti molto buoni e ben presentati; originali e gustosi ; primi cavateli carbonata ottimo; secondi sovra-coscia e pancia di maiali ottimi ,dolci non all'altezza; servizio con atteggiamento discutibile e scortese per un rimprovero inutile a genitori di un bimbo peraltro molto tranquillo e silenzioso che ci ha rovinato la serata; rapporto qualità prezzo discreto
