O Pazzariello In Roma

21/01/2025: A true institution of the neighborhood, here the "osteria" is only in the name. Simple dishes but cooked with care and with innovative variations, always seasonal menu, excellent raw materials. To tell you, the Roman cuisine is excellent (carbonara and cacio e pepe first and foremost) but I also loved their pumpkin ravioli with cesanese and hazelnuts, as well as some vegetarian variations (macco). The place is small, approx. 30 seats, but with the possibility of staying outside in good weather. The service is courteous and approachable but a little slow, if you want to come here on the weekend, book and make yourself comfortable, it will take the right amount of time. Not even the prices are "tavern-style", but they are fair when compared to the quality. Advised!

20/01/2025: We recently dined here with friends who have just moved to this neighborhood. W O W! Standout experience in every way. The service is warm and professional, they were exceptionally knowledgable about wine and helped us choose the perfect bottles. The menu is a mix of the innovative and the classic, and I am sure it changes all the time, but we shared appetizers of beef tongue (perfectly prepared, so tender) and we also enjoyed the winter ceviche. My husband had the strangozzo dal mar terreno and it was a revelation. We will be back, many times.
