O Pazzariello In Roma

We ate here hoping for a solid Rome pizza spot, but it ended up being pretty forgettable. The pizza was fine in the “gets the job done” way, not terrible, just kind of average and meh. Prices were also okay, it just didn’t feel like anything worth going out of your way for. The bigger issue was the vibe. The staff gave off this super tough, gangster-ish energy that made the place feel tense rather than welcoming. Not necessarily rude in any obvious way, but the whole atmosphere was more like though guy energy. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you don’t feel comfortable sitting there. That’s why I’m confused by the rating. 4.4 star rating with ~3.6K reviews sets a certain expectation, and our experience didn’t come close. I know ratings can snowball in tourist areas, and sometimes places get a little help from overly enthusiastic reviews, but in this case, it feels that the reviews have been messed with (not uncommon these days on google reviews sadly). I’m not claiming that’s definitely the case here, but the score with the reality we saw.

Staff were great. Veal and carbonara bit salty. Also had huge great steak. I mean really huge, great cut nice side of arugula salad with tomato and parm. Caprese salad could have used more tomatoe and less cheese. Great wine for price, 1 litre 12 Euro. We were given nice complementary appetizers and limoncello. Many locals

The restaurant was packed. The staff seemed overwhelmed, perhaps understaffed. Unfortunately, the pizza was undercooked. Perhaps it was just an off night, as the ratings seemed good.

Very tasty, the chef's pizza is very tasty. This is the most delicious Neapolitan pizza in Rome.

The staff is friendly and the pizza is delicious! The prices are really reasonable. It's polite to go to the seat you're directed to.

The pizza as WONDERFUL!!! Never taste something like Thank before. The waiter called Daniel, was really amazing and friendly. He made my wife and I feel welcomed. WONDERFUL place to eat. If I could, I would give a 100 ⭐️

Spectacular! The pasta and pizza were amazing, and the service was top-notch. There were eight of us, and the service was exquisite. Besides everything being delicious, they gave us a complimentary appetizer, a Nutella pizza, and two rounds of shots. Many thanks to Dani and the rest of the staff for the outstanding service.

We had an unforgettable experience. Dani, the maître d', was incredibly kind, as was the rest of the team. We ordered takeaway dinner two nights and ate in the restaurant another day. The portions are very generous, and they are very attentive to their customers. I hope to return.

Small but cozy and clean. You can eat excellent pizza, first and second courses, or even have an aperitif with a wide selection of typical Roman dishes. Very friendly and professional staff. I absolutely recommend it!
