My experience was quite positive even if it's not the first time we've frequented this place before. I can confirm that there's a lot of confusion in the place. However, I was disappointed by the quality of the piennolo tomatoes, or rather, they were anything but piennolo tomatoes.

Excellent place for those who want quality pizza. The prices are very fair. Being located far from the historic center allows them to keep prices fairly low without sacrificing quality. All the spaces are clean: bathrooms, open kitchen, dining room, and tables. Everything is clean, well-lit but not overly so. The place has been recently renovated. Because there were two of us, we had a high table with high chairs, which were always comfortable 👍👍. It was a holiday evening, the dining room was full of customers, so the wait was longer, but you could tell they were doing their best 💪. I didn't like the draft ale 🍻. It's a shame you can't have just one or two Montanaras, but only three 😜maybe next time 😋. For dessert, we had a cake with a scoop of ice cream on the side 🍰. The ice cream was awful, but the cake was delicious. The trout dough, like the pizza dough, was excellent; it didn't leave you feeling heavy thanks to the long fermentation process (48 hours, if I'm not mistaken). The dining room staff know their job very well, they're fast and organized with each other and the kitchen. There was a lady in charge, the captain, like a monkey wrench, she did everything. While passing through Florence, I couldn't help but try this pizzeria, which had appeared several times in my Instagram Reels. What can I say? It's a classic Neapolitan family-run business, with a strong accent, some management confusion, and a passion for food. But that's the beauty of it all: the authenticity of the atmosphere, which gives you a true Neapolitan feel. As for the dishes, I don't think they need much description. Truly excellent, super pizzas, with a light and digestible dough. I'll most likely return if I'm ever in the area again. Kudos again to the "pizzaiuolo!"

I've been to this pizzeria, just steps from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The pizza isn't bad, definitely above average, the prices are fair, and the staff is friendly.
