Nuovo Bar Paradise In Balestrate

The counter is an explosion of colours. The desserts invite you to try them and when you taste them it is a symphony of flavors for the palate. I recommend the famous Palermo cassata, but also all the other delights displayed in the window. The rotisserie is equally up to par with the desserts, especially the arancini.

Absolutely suitable to take a break or end the evening. It's well located in the center where there's always something going on and the water is right around the corner with a nice view. I think here you and everyone else are bound to meet each other at some point

Poor service, friendly staff, no products. And fixing the door is too annoying for anyone sitting on the terrace

We had dinner at this location and, although overall the experience was pleasant, there were some inconveniences. The food was good and the waiters very friendly, but unfortunately the cocktail selection left something to be desired. Several drinks we had ordered, such as the Moscow Mule, Mojito and Hugo, were not available due to the lack of ginger beer and mint. We also had to wait about 15 minutes before being advised that they would not be able to prepare them. Eventually, we were offered simpler options like beer or spritz. Improving bar management could really make a difference.

Very well stocked bar, from ice cream to arancina, from tile to rolló..., all very good and fresh, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money and service

I went on the second Sunday of June this year, I was so satisfied that I went back three more times and I'll be back again tomorrow. Excellent food, cleanliness, friendliness, generous portions, tasty. Nothing wrong! I highly recommend it!
