Location un po’ troppo buia, mise en place sobria ma elegante, servizio curato, piatti buoni ma non eccelsi, carta dei vini generosa, con ampia scelta e qualità (peccato per la cantina alluvionata), prezzi a mio avviso leggermente alti per quanto offre complessivamente il ristorante.
I piatti che ho preferito di questo pranzo sono stati, nell’ordine, la sella di cervo e le taglioline ai funghi spugnoli, di cui il primo era un fuori menu.
Vino abbinato Ombroso Sangiovese di Romagna Riserva 2020 Giovanni Madonia, cantina di cui avevo sentito parlare bene ed in effetti questo vino era molto buono.
Giudizio complessivo positivo e vorrei ritornare per assaggiare altri piatti.

The restaurant offers a welcoming environment with friendly and attentive staff.
The quality of the dishes is good although the tortellini in broth were a little too salty for my taste.
Overall, I had an enjoyable evening.

Bolognese cuisine restaurant with a nice à la carte selection, both dishes and wines and digestives.
The tortellini with porcini mushrooms are excellent, the same goes for the tagliatelle with ragù. Splendid Petronian cutlet, among the best I have eaten. Panettone flavored with Marolo grappa with high-quality mascarpone.
Informal but very polite and attentive service. Very fair price for the (excellent) evening spent.

The traditional Bolognese food here was SUBLIME and the best food we had in the region! The Tortellini a Brodo will be a craving I will have in the future and I’m sure I will have to come back one day to have it again. Perfettissimo 👌🏼

Splendid restaurant, both in terms of location and culinary offering.
Tortellini in broth not to be missed.
By booking at least 6 portions, even the lasagna justify the trip.
In my opinion, the drinks are good between Pignoletto and Lambrusco.
The parking is large and convenient.
The place, in my personal opinion, is poorly lit, perhaps deliberately.
Two generations present.
They are friendly, prepared and fast.
