I've stopped at this pizzeria several times and I must say I've always had a great experience, from the staff to the quality of the pizzas. The prices are reasonable. We'll see you next time.

Nuova Panarea is a guaranteed find in Pavia. It's a simple yet welcoming place. The pizza is excellent, well-cooked and made with quality ingredients, but the restaurant's dishes are also worth a try: generous portions, authentic flavors, and a truly varied menu that's sure to please everyone. Fast and friendly service, perfect for both a lunch break and a relaxed dinner. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, an increasingly rare find. A reliable place, a place you'll gladly return to whenever you want good, uncomplicated food. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice experience at Nuova Panarea! It is a decent and cozy neighborhood restaurant with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. We enjoyed a variety of pasta dishes.

We were worried we wouldn't find anything open on December 31st, but it was open, with a great family-friendly, local atmosphere. The food was spectacularly delicious, and the service went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable even though we didn't speak the language. The prices were actually much lower than what the food should be; it seems to be a place frequented by locals. If you're ever in Pavia, be sure to eat here.

First of all, the warm and sincere welcome. I'm hemiplegic and in a wheelchair, and everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Excellent pizza. I'll be back to try the fish!!

While staying at the nearby hostel, this restaurant was recommended to me, and I'm glad it was a pleasant discovery. The food is good, varied, and above all, the staff is incredibly kind and cheerful. And, even though I'm from another region, I found the risotto and the Milanese cutlet to be really good. I'll be back soon!

14/02/2026: Possibly my favorite place in Pavia! It's fun to share the dishes aperitif-style, and each one is better than the last. The cheese board (very unique, with a focus on blue cheeses and, appropriately, aged cheeses) is a must. As for the wine, the selection is vast, both in terms of type and price, with a rotating selection of exceptional wines. The staff is excellent at recommending pairings and dishes (they always stop me from ordering too much), and is generally friendly and efficient. The price is more than fair for the quantity and, above all, the quality, which is evident.

26/10/2025: Quiet place, excellent food. Risotto alla bonaria and sausage cooked to perfection. Delicious platter with carefully selected cured meats. Excellent coppa and baked potatoes. Wines from the Oltrepò Pavese area. A perfect place for parties. Impeccable service. Highly recommended.
22/09/2025: A wonderful experience! The restaurant is very welcoming, nestled in a hilly setting surrounded by vineyards. The menu is carefully curated, inspired by local traditions; the wine, produced on site, is also excellent. Sonia and Stefano are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
