Easily one of very best neighborhood restaurants that exists in Milan with attentive staff, outstanding food and a very nice selection of wine. The risotto Milanese was the best I ever had here in my 30+ years of eating locally. The Cassoeula was offered the night I was here and did not disappoint. The atmosphere is lovely with locals mostly and it’s clear the staff knows most of their clients intimately.

Nuova Arena has a permanent spot in the Olimpus of the greatest typical restaurants in Milan. Everything is delicious: the mondeghili here are to die for! P.s. FORZA MILAN SEMPRE

I am a travel agent and I was at this restaurant in May 2024 with a group of women. I have to say that the service was exceptional... the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was very welcoming... We loved everything. I recommend this typical Milanese restaurant with my eyes closed... It's really good.

Great staff, lovely decor and amazing vibe in the restaurant - the risotto alla milanese with braised veal was stunning and the wine was also exquisite, easily one of the best dishes I had during my stay. Staff were attentive and pleasant, even to Englishmen.

A charming little restaurant in Milan! Small, well looked after with a wonderful atmosphere and great service...all combined with excellent dishes and a beautiful cellar. We started with an appetizer of cured meats and a nice slice of gorgonzola with warm carasau bread, followed by Milanese cutlet (excellent and not at all greasy), delicious pumpkin gnocchi with taleggio cheese and maltagliati with wild boar ragout, all while enjoying an excellent camp du rouss (Coppo winery) Together with the coffee, a rich plate of delicious biscuits kindly offered.
