A place from times gone by, reminiscent of my grandfather's grocery store... the dishes offered are delicious, including cured meats and cheeses, and the freshly made polenta is wonderful!

A great experience and a great lunch! Coming from Rome, we are used to porchetta from Ariccia and the one from Norcineria Massatani is a little different, but still really good. The sandwich, by the way, was huge! Sweets and everything else (rocciata and croquettes) at the same level.
A plus is the possibility of visiting the laboratory and the cellar where the cured meats are matured!

The food was delicious and the staff very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. It's a journey into the flavors of the place. The place is very welcoming and clean. If you pass through Foligno you can't miss a visit to this wonderful place. Highly recommended. Ah. Take a trip to the bathroom...it's like going to paradise!!! Everything is special but the soppressata and the raw ham are the best, however everything is excellent even the service is very thorough in explaining and pairing the wines when I go to the area I always stop there..

A stroll around Foligno, and a stop in this pork butchery for a quick sandwich. The two of us had a sandwich with ham, and pizza also with ham, I must say that it was uniquely delicious, since it was so good we also took some to take away. Very friendly owner, and historic place in the center. The only very small local flaw. We will definitely be back.

ottima soluzione per chi ama il cibo e non necessariamente vuole passare troppo tempo in ristoranti. pochi piatti, ma ottimi, ben fatti, ben curati. eccellente la qualità dei salumi e dei formaggi per panini da portar via.

In pieno centro, gradevolissima sosta ai tavoli esterni dove abbiamo consumato un prosciutto di eccente qualità ed idem per bresaola e grana. Servizio ineccepibile, estrema professionalità del proprietario nel consigliare e confezionare i salumi da asporto. Mostra con orgoglio i prodotti da loro preparati nel laboratorio e, con giusta fierezza, le meraviglie appese nel locale sottostante a seccare. Chiedete della toilette per estasiarvi tra queste meraviglie. Da tornare!
