While visiting the center of Foligno at lunchtime, we stopped at this norcineria.
When we asked to sample some of the typical Umbrian specialties, the owner patiently served us a generous appetizer with cheeses and a wide variety of traditional cured meats.
All accompanied by torta al testo and an excellent glass of Montefalco red wine.
The staff were truly friendly.

We had a wonderful aperitivo on a pouring summer day, accompanied by immense human warmth. The excellent food, made with top-quality ingredients, is certainly worth mentioning, but above all, we will cherish the excellent service and kindness of the owner and his entire staff. Since it was pouring outside (including hail), and we were carrying our three-month-old daughter in a stroller and without an umbrella, the owner even offered to drive us to get it. We didn't accept the ride, but this small gesture of thoughtfulness will remain as memorable as his products.

A unique place to stop during a visit to Foligno.
The staff was incredibly kind. I explained my allergies and those of my daughter, and they were extremely attentive. I've never tasted such delicious prosciutto, the best I've ever had! If I could give more stars, I would! Congratulations to everyone.

We ate lunch inspired by the menu displayed outside. We ordered a Gricia and a Carbonara that were delicious. We then decided to return for dinner. The staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. At the end of the dinner, the owner even showed us around the cellar, stocked with all sorts of delicacies. Highly recommended if you're passing through Foligno.

We had a fantastic meal here with our whole family. We enjoyed both the appetizers and the main courses. Everything was delicious, especially the carbonara.

Norcineria di livello salumi fatti da loro.. un posticino rustico con pochi tavoli all'interno ed un altrettanto dehor all'esterno nella piazza del duomo di Foligno.
Disponibile una buona carta dei vini con una ragazza sommelier simpatica e preparata ..
Salumi sublimi con un ottimo lardo a chi piace top, Strangozzi rigorosamente fatti a mano,
Si i prezzi sono forse un tantinello up ma commisurati alla qualità del cibo e dei prodotti
