Everything was delicious, impeccable service

Very nice Japanese restaurant, attentive and kind staff, but above all authentic dishes and very fresh fish (light years away from the many all you can eat restaurants that have very little of Japanese!)

I finally found a restaurant that makes good sushi in Rome, fresh and tasty fish and delicious and simple sushi, without adding sauces and other things, well cooked rice

The cuisine was top-notch. We sat outside in a kind of gazebo. It's much better if you can find a table inside.

The best sushi I've ever had in Rome, comparable to some I've had in Japan! Top notch. I recommend the mixed seafood chirashi!

My boyfriend and I went to Nomisan, and had a pleasant evening. We finally had some good-quality sushi in the area (perhaps the only one), well-attended, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a clean environment. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered several rolls, shrimp tempura, and ravioli, all accompanied by a good, distinctive wine, and to finish, mojitos and an amaretti dessert. We were very satisfied with the dinner. The only complaint: the restaurant isn't very visible from the outside, so we had a bit of trouble finding it. We'll be back.

I spent some time in Japan and ever since I left I have a hole in my heart only an onigiri can fill. Years of searching Rome for the best sushi I have finally found the place I will become a regular at. The best sushi I’ve had in Europe BY FAR. The family that created Nomisan stick to tradition while maintaining a modern flair. Thank you so so much for creating food that sparks joy and comfort. I could not recommend this place enough. I've been to this restaurant twice. The first experience was definitely better than the second. It's certainly not a cheap restaurant, but the food is really good, and the service was equally pleasant, so we really enjoyed it. The last time, however, we had a bad experience with the service. There was clearly a misunderstanding about the wine, which was opened without even giving us time to see the bottle and without letting us taste it. It was their mistake; since we had asked for a still wine, they brought us sparkling. No problem, carelessness can happen. We then asked for a change of wine, but we waited over half an hour before anyone responded. In the end, since we were halfway through dinner, we opted for two glasses. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the waiter insisted on a supposed error of judgment. Another mistake regarding dessert: we ordered mochi, and they delivered frozen mochi. Of course, it's forgivable, but it's not what you'd expect from a traditional Japanese restaurant. We overlooked it, considering what happened before. No adjustments were made to the bill, and it wasn't cheap at all, needless to say. It's clear there's a lack of coordination among the staff. The only attentive and professional guy was the brown-haired guy with the beard, who had served us the previous time as well. Too bad, we hope they improve the service.
