Marvelous. We were there for the first time 2 weeks ago and have already returned! Everything is exceptional and the staff is very friendly, professional and always smiling. Congratulations indeed.

Except for the quality of the food, but the restaurant needs reviewing.

Complicated review due to the fact that the kitchen puts enormous energy and skill into preparing the food which is good, very good no doubt about it but it costs a lot and here is the complication, because if the price contributed to being in a wow place, then there would be no problems, but we are on the outskirts of EUR, in an anonymous place and furnished with medium value pieces. In short, I tried it but I don't know if I'll have the desire to go back in a few months. Some dishes of the day are still worthy of note, the tempura is delicate, the fish is very fresh and the sushi is good but it could be better... but the wine list is really too expensive as if you didn't know the prices of wines in any supermarket.

Ero molto curiosa di questo ristorante, era come immaginavo locale molto semplice con pochi tavoli, conduzione familiare dalla cucina alla sale devo dire molto carini e attenti,cibo sicuramente di buona qualità ma a mio avvisto troppo caro per la zona.

one of the best Japanese restaurants in Rome for the overall quality of the food. However, management needs to be reviewed due to very little empathy with customers. the Nomisan fish is a jewel that comes directly from the tradition of the owner's grandmother, what a shame to lose in the owner's sloppy management of the room. the price is objectively very high but I wouldn't have had any complaints if I had felt welcome and empathy. zero of all this It's a shame because with a better managed room it would have been my favorite in Rome

"Nella botte piccola, c'è il vino buono". Questo vecchio adagio popolare ben si addice ad un locale che fa della cucina il suo punto forte. La qualità del cibo l'ho trovata sublime, le ricette, con i gusti ben definiti degli ingredienti e e loro aromi , mi hanno fatto 'sentire' il Giappone. Una ottima tempura non pesante, ma deliziosa, il sapore del salmone su letto di riso molto saporito senza artificiose esaltazioni di gusto. Il locale è piccolo ed anche questo l'ho trovato gradevole per una serata intima con mia moglie.

Su consigli di amici andiamo in questo ristorante a roma sud , dove per chi ama la cucina giapponese trova sicuramente piatti cucinati secondo la tradizione e ricette tradizionali Il locale è riservato e non molto grande in vero stile giapponese bei dettagli , il personale staff d molto disponibile soprattuto sul menu dei piatti del giorno nella loro descrizione . Il menù e l’offerta e legata particolarmente al legame e materia prima , ampia scelta tra ramen piatti freddi crudi sashimi e gran crudi e caldi a base riso e pesce o tatakj dj carne. Piatti del giorno Conditi con ponzu o salse tradizionali , nulla da eccepire sulla qualità della materia prima Carta dei vini l’ho trovata completamente esagerata nei prezzi con. Poca scelta di vini di media fascia . Nonostante alcuni episodi dove non ho potuto apprezzare a pieno la cena ( piatti non arrivai e conto a metà cena su errore ) ritornerò con piacere per provare Altri piatti e per la gentilezza dello staff in sala .
