What can I say, there really are a lot of things to say but I'll try to summarize them in a few words. Absolutely exceptional to try and try again. Finally traditional Japanese cuisine, the managers are an entire family with their staff, truly impeccable in their descriptions of the dishes and the sake. There is also a good list of natural wines with excellent wines such as Emidio Pepe. Excellent raw material quality. Price normal for the quality of the raw material. I recommend booking even during the week.
