Noka Gastrobistrot In Scicli

We moved to Scicli a month ago and all of our new friends recommended Noka Bistro and they were correct, it's amazing. We walked by on our way to another bar and stopped to look at the menu and the owner/chef came and welcomed us, wonderful person. He offered for us to have a beverage even though they were not officially open. I ordered a G&T and he asked dry or botanical (1st time anyone asked:)). Friends, saw us and joined us, which was nice the owner served them drinks too. We were sat at a beautiful table with candles nearby. The Server/owner (amazing) took my wife to the menu board and explained in detail all the seafood offerings. The food presentation is excellent and love the beautiful plates used. The food had a perfect balance of flavors and looked amazing. The service team were exceptional, always scanning to assist patrons and remove empty plates. They do not use paper menus because everything is made fresh to order and at times some ingredients are not always available, use Google Translate app to translate the menu and know all staff are fluent in English. The location and atmosphere are heavenly and tranquil. It's a culinary Scicli gem. Highly recommend and we will frequent often, so much more delicious food to try. We arrived at 1900hrs and they do get busy, recommend making reservations.

La prima volta ci siamo seduti incuriositi, ma siamo rimasti favorevolmente colpiti del Sevizio attento e puntuale della padrona di casa e dello chef patron Stefano che ci ha fatto assaggiare dei bottoncini di pasta con tartufo locale, per non parlare del bic che ieri di bolla abbinato, la seconda volta abbiamo mangiato pesce e un piatto siculo giapponese fantastico. Excellent restaurant, we enjoyed the bao and amberjack gyozas! The dishes change a little from the classic offerings of other restaurants, it is very good, with great taste!! We also enjoyed the still warm bread served with olive oil, and my husband really liked the tuna tartare!

Just amazing ! Sophisticated plates and ingredients of great quality! You will not be disappointed !

The location is beautiful, right in the central street, a stone's throw from Inspector Montalbano's historic police station... the aperitifs are excellent!

Were there for lunch in May 2024. One of the best restaurants we ate at in Sicily. Very good service. The dishes are elaborate and prepared with a lot of love. The restaurant and the square outside are also very nice. Highly Recommended.

What a super good restaurant!!! Aperativo was great! Delicious freshly cut meats and cheese with a glass of methodo classico blanc de noir. We stuck around for dinner. Daily menu included fresh tonno rosso and spatola. We added a good white wine from the region. The owner is a sublime host who listens to you and gives you good advice. Really recommended.

Wat een super goed restaurant!!! Aperativo was top! Heerlijk vers afgesneden vleeswaren en kaas met glas methodo classico blanc de noir. We zijn blijven plakken voor het diner. Dagmenu was onder andere verse tonno rosso en spatola. We namen er een goede witte wijn uit de streek bij. De eigenaar is een sublieme gastheer, die naar je luistert en je goed adviseert. Écht een aanrader.

I went for an aperitif, all very good, fresh ingredients, friendliness and professionalism in the service. I will definitely go to enjoy a good dinner😉
